Admittedly I don't go into my local Courtenay Best Buy often but when I did last month looking for a cellphone I was pleasantly surprised. An expert in the Cellphone department named GD provided the help that I needed by answering all my questions, set up my new phone and sent me on my way in quick time. Overall my visit was educational and enjoyable.

Had what I was looking for. Staff were helpful and polite. I entered the store, the departments were labeled so I could easily identify where I needed to go. Found the product I wanted to buy, although the other item I was looking for was sold out. Proceeded to the till where I was kindly greeted and conducted the transaction fairly quickly.

Thanks Ezra and Taylor and the bestbuy courtenay staff for the incredibly rewarding retail therapy today. You all were incredibly friendly, helpful and respectful! It was the best experience we have had going into a store as a service dog team, we didnt experience any microagressions... this is so rare and incredibly refreshing! tysm:) yall are incredible young people!

Can't say enough about Jason the store manager. My wife spent several frustrating days trying to buy a TV an have it installed online. Jason was very polite and professional. Took a bit, but we left the store relieved and everything dealt with. Great team leader.

What an amazing Experience at Best Buy last night! I had a few questions about iPad pros specs/compatibility, and Taylor D was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable (without being pushy) Hands down best “tech purchase” experience yet! In the end the iPad Pro, apple Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil was perfect for my needs. Thanks Taylor D!

Service is non existent, website always says things are in stock when they are not, or vice versa. Why are all the shelves always bare? Does this store not even get stocked anymore? Shopping here is a nightmare. Wish future shop was still around.

Sales staff was on a rude power trip during covid. I vowed never to darken their door again. Some little 20-something telling my wife to leave the store NOW because she had the wrong type of mask on. We quietly left the store while being loudly harassed by staff on the way out.

Jared helped us today find a new landline phone and a cell phone charger. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to make informed purchases. Amazing customer service. Give this guy a raise!
