Little's Construction

I have to start out by saying WOW! We needed a new deck for our back yard. We contacted Little's Construction, based upon several referrals from other friends who have used their services for various projects. We described what we were looking for, and based upon that, we were guided to look at design ideas and materials. They educated us on pros and cons of certain materials so we could determine what would be best for us. We then sketched out our design and features and Randy and his team were able to create our vision PERFECTLY. It was fun to watch them work and see the progress along the way. Their eye for detail and strive for perfection was amazing to witness. At one point, there were some challenges getting some of the boards to line up symmetrically. I am sure there would have been others who might have fudged it a little to finish the work...not Little's Construction-they kept at it until it was absolutely they way it needed to be.When the work was complete, it looked as if they were never there, except for the amazing deck that adds beauty to our home.We would HIGHLY recommend you to used Little's Construction for any of your residential home repairs and improvements.Thank you Randy and your incredible team!

Randy and his crew did a remarkable job converting our home to an open concept. They removed two walls, one of them load bearing, by adding a 23 foot beam in the attic. Their drywall work was so good, you can't even tell where they put it in. They also added a skylight window to our kitchen, replaced the old sliding glass door and made other improvements. While other contractors said it could take up to six weeks to complete all the work, they said it would take eight days. It took exactly eight days and the price was exactly what the quote was. We couldn't be happier!

Randy does a great job! He is very knowledgeable, and works hard! He put in our laminate floor, and it is solid to this day. With a wide range of services and the know how, he is the first contractor on my list to refer.

I contacted him to bid on my carport project. He returned my call a couple days later and showed up to look at it exactly when he said he would.
