Excellent service at reasonable prices. The owner took the time to talk to us about what we were there for and seemed very knowledgeable. Overall, a very good experience .

They haven't returned my calls in a week. I realize it's a difficult time, but I believe, as a business owner myself, all efforts should be made to inform clients. NOT HAPPY!

Not good in the communicate department. I have left 3 messages with no return call on progress of my repairs.

My husband purchased a wedding ring 1 year ago. 6 months after purchasing the wedding ring, the gold inset band broke and my husband contacted Henney’s right away to tell them what happened. He had to leave a message with a contact number. No response. My husband has attempted to contact them 4 additional times and left two additional messages. No response. My husband and Marcus Henney were good acquaintances which is why my husband had insisted on getting his wedding ring at Henneys. If this is how they treat somebody they know personally, imagine how they treat the customers they don’t know personally.I would never ever purchase anything from them ever again. They DO NOT CARE.

Markus is such a wonderfully skilled jeweller. His service was impeccable and friendly. I would recommend him highly!!

Very poor! They repaired a ring by replacing a diamond and allegedly securing all the posts. However, two months later one of the posts broke off and I lost another diamond, I had it replaced (at my own cost) and a few weeks later that post also broke and I lost the diamond again. After many months of attempting to contact them they have still not returned my calls. They owe me a diamond!

I meant to leave a review a long time ago, as the staff at Henne helped my fiancé and I find my dream engagement ring. The staff are so kind and helpful. Thank you Henne Jewellers for helping us ❤️ We were engaged 2 years ago and are saying I do soon, thanks to all of you at Henne!
