Nails For You

Came in to get my acrylics removed to get short gel nails, they look good but when the lady was removing my acrylics she tried to rip them off. I told her it hurt and asked if she could use the acetone to disolve the acrylic, she continued to try and pry the old acrylic off. She ended up cutting my finger and kept putting me through the pain. To make it even worse she finally gets out the acetone and I had to soak my bloody my bloody finger in it, was holding back tears, so painful:( If I wanted to rip my acrylics off I would’ve done it myself not paid someone to do it.

Absolutely horrible. Went in with my mother and sister and all of our nails looks like they were done by children. The women working there spent zero time and effort into doing a half decent job plus they were quite rude in general. Acted like they were doing us some kind of favour and rushed us out like cattle. Definitely the worst nail place in Orangeville (I’ve been to them all).

My manicure was good. I got acrylic nails. It was completed very quickly which was good, but I feel like a little more time could have been spent to make sure a proper job was done. A little pricy but a fine job.

Being someone who has taken a manicure course before, I know how you are supposed to sanitize your tools and work station. The tools used on me were taken from his bag and he rinsed it off in my bowl meant for my nails. I refused the manicure. Also concerned that the nail files were re-used, as that's how it looked.

Booked a 2:30 appointment for 2 people. Came in and only 1 person got served, the other, who required a longer service didn’t get served first (which doesn’t make sense). The place was dirty, they don’t sanitize any of the equipment between appointments. Finally 30 minutes later when they attended to the second person, they were rude and said that we will both be finished at the same time and she will rush to finish it. I told her I don’t want her to rush. She started giving me attitude and saying fine i don’t care don’t do it. They also seem to be over booking people. I had a 2:30 for 2 people, they only had 2 people working and some girl walked in for a 2:45 appointment… how could they possibly accommodate that?Also they were talking unkindly about a customer saying that customer is why they are late for my appointment because she “never stops talking”.I really don’t know how this place has such good reviews… but i think it’s a mess and unsanitary and unkind staff.

I wasn't happy with my nails once complete. She didn't paint near my cuticles leaving a big gap so it looks like my nails have grown out already. She sealed in nail dust between the polish and top coat. The clear shellac wasn't evenly spread over the polish missing spots and leaving lumpy and uneven spots. I will not return.

I would not support this business. I walked into salon and the nail technician was on her phone. She asked what I would like to get done. I told her I would like to fix a nail. She refused, said she was busy and then continued scrolling. There was only one person in the salon who was currently being serviced.

I had a full set of acrylic nails put on . I felt very rushed . The lady did not do a nice job at all !!! She was argumentative when I asked her to file down my nails a little bit more because they were too chunky. I told her I wanted my nails done and hombre style which do not look anything like they are supposed to . I unfortunately will not be using their services again. I was very disappointed especially when I got charged a lot more than what other places charge for the same service.

Scary experience at this location in Orangeville. I got assaulted by one of the employees. I simply told her I didn’t like one of my toe design ( so that way she wouldn’t continue with the other) and she snapped at with verbal abuse and then she grabbed me and choked me . This happened twice within minutes . I was shocked …. I was also with my two daughters and I am so sad that they had to witness such violence. It was my first time going there and definitely never go back . I recommend don’t go there at all there service is nothing compared to other places in Orangeville, there pedicure service is like 15 minutes, no message, no cutting cuticles etc. and high fees .

My 96 year old mom wanted a normal manicure for 25$. They put a shellac on her then charged her 45$. I believe they took advantage of her. Please don’t get confused and say NO when they ask shellac. Don’t be taken advantage of.
