Great service, excellent eating area, lots of room. Washrooms clean, could be upgraded but still above average. Staff very friendly.

Well how can I say this in a nice way. I made a simple order of 3 extra large teas. I get 1 medium tea and 2 medium coffee. I returned to get issue corrected and the made me 2 extra large coffee instead. It took 3 sperate times to fix a simple order. This place needs to hire educated person. How sad.

Everyday around 9:10-920 my gf goes to this store to pick up my morning coffee before leaving to work so that we can see her off and have a nice coffee but my experience is getting worse day by day. Everyday there’s a problem and today they gave the coffee without Sugar and 1 less Timbit. The level of costumer service has stooped here. I am writing this review after 6th complaint in the last month.

The drive thru is fine. BUT..if you have to go in be ready for a long wait.. they only care about your time of you are driving.. of you walk in the store is clean and nice. I waited 8 minutes with only a single person in front of me..Do not go in unless you are retired and have all day or you need a bathroom..

I bought chilli but I was shocked at the spoon they use all cardboard looks bad and affects the taste . I guess we call it cardboard chilli. I am shocked how bad the spoon looks.

Horrible. 2 weekends in a row got coffee instead of tea. The computer screen said steeped tea. Yet I received 2 coffees. How is it that difficult to get right. I will never visit this store again. It's like pulling teeth to get my order right.

Was here this evening. Having worked in a restaurant previously, i know violations when I see them. Was shocked to see an employee pick up a bundle of small sized cups from the ground and place them all into the dispenser to serve to unknowing customers. The rest of the employees watched and didnt say anything when the worker replaced all of the cups from the ground into the dispenser they use.The lady who seemed to be a shift supervisor was also present and did not do anythign to correct the gross health and safety violation that happened infront of her. She just helped mop up the mess that was made.In addition to all of this, the coffees I received were all labeled backwards and mixed up. Which means someone with diabetes was given sugar due to the mixup.Terrible experience and needs real management fixes

This location is very disappointing. Timhortons has always been a place where at any time of the day you can go and sit with your friends and family and enjoy a Coffee. This location closes at 10 pm which is ridiculous for a Timhortons. Might as well be another Coffee Culture. This Issue must be Addressed.
