I've been going to Sabaya to get my lashes done since Novemberish. I love how central the location is and how warm the staff is, specially Kayla. She is amazing at what she does and just the sweetest! It's no wonder she is in such high demand, it never surprises me. <3

Been going to Kayla for lashes since 2017 her work is absolutely AMAZING. She is so talented and every time I get my lashes done I feel as if they are better each visit ❤️I recommend going to her 100%.Kayla is also the sweetest person and just chatting with you while getting your lashes done makes the visit an even better experience.

Accommodated a walk-in which was great! Nails looked nice, however the polish is rubbing off 2 weeks after, will need a touchup. Thank you for the quick service!

I recommend Shannon at Sabaya to everyone! She is so talented and always does an excellent job with all the services they offer. My favourites are facials with her, they leave my skin feeling rejuvenated as well as Shellac manicures! Every time I get a Shellac manicure, they last for weeks and never chip, they also have such a wide variety of colours to choose from. Thank you Shannon!

I’ve really struggled with finding a good lash tech in Kingston & Kayla is by far the best! Her retention is amazing, she’s so quick yet gentle and I fall asleep every time! The lashes always looks so natural and she’s always so sweet.

Kayla at Sabaya is the best! She does my lashes every 3 weeks and I never have any complaints when I leave. I get so many compliments on how natural my lashes look and the retention is bang on. I never worry about my natural lashes being damaged. Kayla is very knowledgeable and informative, she never disappoints. If you are looking for a great lash tech, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been coming to see Kayla to get my lashes done for 4 years and no one does it better than her! She is so meticulous in her work and it’s clear she cares for all of her clients. She does my lashes so quick but doesn’t compromise on the quality of her work. I love a natural look and she does it so perfectly that I continuously get compliments on my lashes. Best lash tech ever!!

-horrible customer service-quoted a price + charged me well over that quote-poorely trained esthetican that made me bleedWent here for the first time and will never return. I first called days prior to the date I wanted to get my nails done, the lady who answered was busy so she said she would call me back in 30 mins. I waited an hour and then finally had to call HER BACK. I explained I need dip powder removal and I wanted dip powder back on if they had a wide selection of colours, if not I would just get shellac done. She booked me in and made a note that I would get dip, if not then shellac. The lady on the phone quoted me $15 for removal and $30 for shellac application.I go in for my appointment and had the esthetican named Kayla. I told her the situation about getting dip if there was a wide selection of colours if not then I would get shellac. Kayla said that she didn't have time to do dip powder because she was new so it would take her longer and she had someone right after me. I was upset because of the level of customer service I didn't recieve when the lady on the phone put me in for getting dip. The salon should have accounted for dip or shellac because thats what my appointment was for.I ended up getting shellac, but during my appointment Kayla files my nails so hard that I bleed and she didn't seem apolgetic for it at all.My nails are done, and the polish isn't even close to my skin so it looks like I got them done a week ago when I just got them done. The biggest issue I have is when I was cashing out. The lady on the phone quoted me $15 for dip removal and $30 for shellac application... Kayla charges me $60 ......Not happy with my nails- as you can see the picture I have a cut from Kayla on my ring finger and the polish isnt even close to my skin as you can see on my thumb.
