I am a couple hours away and we have no flat roofing suppliers around here.Ive been to spar twice now and though they(and several other places) could not supply me with iso insulation, i picked up 100% of everything else i needed from them both times.I also like that they will cut epdm rolls so you dont have to buy the whole roll. That i know of, for some reason they only do that with the 45 guage, woukd be great if that same service was offered for 60 as well.Prices are reasonable as well, and by reasonable, I would say I got lucky in the first place by finding them. Checked out of curiosity with Convoy etc and they were quite a bit more.These guys and gals are patient and helpful and knowledgeable.First place i think of when i need supplies.I do wish though that when I called ahead with a list they would have picked" it for me. SPAR Marathon Roofing is over-the-top concerned with fraud and essentially treat you like a criminal to return a few bundles of shingles. It’s actually very comical. While the product/delivery is good, I’d recommend staying away if you actually value your time and don’t want to play games.My advice to your company is to actually allow your girls in the front to use some obvious discretion and not have to worry about “loosing their job(s)”. I had my invoice, original Visa card, approval code from Visa receipt, drivers license, passport, fully wrapped franchised truck, etc. So petty, wow.Ps. I would appreciate an apology. If I receive a genuine apology (which I highly doubt), I’ll remove this review no questions asked. Otherwise, it’ll remain here as a warning to all current/future clients.UPDATE (9 months later): Not a peep out of anyone representing SPAR. All, please think twice before you consider giving them your business. It’s really about principals.

Horrible customer service and lack of organization. We were supposed to receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. They showed up unannounced which ended up clashing with our bin delivery. We also paid for the roof assist but due to a hydro wire they were unable to boost the bundles. I understand the safety issue and was unaware of how they boost the shingles as I didnt know exactly what type of machinery they used for the roof assist. When we called for our money back as they failed to provide the service, Mick seemed to want to argue with us. He kept asking if we understood why it couldnt be done, as if he were talking down to us like we were idiots. We explained that we understood the safety issues, we just wanted our money back. He said there are no refunds and that it was our responsibility to ensure the area was clear. This wasn't mentioned when we arranged delivery nor is it written anywhere on the website. I asked to have a manager call me back, two days later I had yet to hear back from anyone. I called back and spoke to Mick who seemed rather irritated with me, he then forwarded me to Dave Dean. Dave ensured he would look into the situation and would call back within an hour. Four hours later Dave returned my call past closing time on a Friday and tried to blame the roofer" for the issue. I can understand if this was a company who had an account with Spar and had worked with them in the past

Open at 7 am I've arrived at 6am un strap6. 15 am now 8. 30. Stil the didnt open the gate jet I'm on the driveway . I call them theyopen soon.the don't care about the driver.
