This comment is all about Sourav, the tech who came to set up my new fridge and did a good job. He helped me with cleaning the back of my fridge even though he didn’t have to. He fixed the fridge door, he didn’t have to. He’s a polite guy and does his job carefully.On the other hand, the lady whom I spoke with on the phone, has some communication problems. Her calls are never well connected and she’s always having a problem with it. She also talks over the customer and not listens properly. She’s having hard time making a sentence when speaking and also rude. Someone needs to teach her how to communicate as an adult first, then she can be a booking person. She also as a very heavy accent so when I ask politely if she could repeat herself she gets offensive. My stars going towards only the tech guy and not others.

Sourav and Simon did a great job replacing our broken washing machine, which was a pretty complicated process because of the tight space the machine was in.Thanks a lot for all the efforts - it's very much appreciated!

We have used their services twice, and we should have learned my lesson form the first time. First time, we had a problem with our dryer and also the dishwasher door. They fixed the dryer, and told us they could fix the dishwasher door by replacing the springs. They ordered the parts and replaced them. Problem not solved. And the technician told us the dishwasher door is too heavy, that is why the problem remains. That was the same guy told us he could fix it. Further to that, when he was fixing the dishwasher, he disconnected the draining pipe without telling us, and when we do the dishes, water overflowed. Water leaked from the base cabinet to our wood floor. Just horrible experience. We asked for a different technician to finish the job. and of course we were charged for the labor and parts that didn't solved the problem. When we complained to the company, they said we didn't tell them right away when problems happened. So they can't do anything about it, and we still needed to pay for everything.For the second time, we asked them to fix a wall oven. We were told it was the door lock motor. We agreed to order the part and fix it. And it was not fixed even with the new part. Then they told us it is the control panel, it is an expensive part. They told us better buy a new one than fixing it. And we was charged almost 800 dollars for the part and labour. I have no problem for paying for the labour, but again paying for a part that is not fixing the problem, it is just not acceptable.The bigger problem we realized is that they kept the credit card information on the file. We provided the card information for the first repair a few months ago. For the second repair, they just charged on our credit card without us knowing. When we called them, they denied they keep the card information.

Sourav and his team mate came to install a new washing machine. They did an excellent job. They were efficient and quick, and the machine works perfectly. Great work ethic.

Dinesh and shubham delivered a new stove for us and kindly removed our broken one. They were quick and very nice, and good problem solvers, dealing with an L-shaped stair into an older home.

Absolutely excellent experience with both, company and their technician.The company quickly acknowledged the service request and immediately ordered the replacement part. I was honestly expecting this to take a couple of weeks. But as soon as the part arrived in less than a week, they scheduled their technician to arrive the next morning.Mikhail showed up precisely as scheduled. He was very nice and helpful. The entire communication with him was on a very friendly but very professional level.TLDR: absolutely positive experience on a very professional level

We had a dishwasher installed by one of their technicians and had to pay for an extra part/labour on top of the previously agreed to installation fee. We were told an invoice would be sent to us.Even after multiple reminders, we still haven't received a proper invoice for the extra charges. The technician has ghosted us, and the company said we were on our own as the tech is a subcontractor, not an actual employee.Very dissapointed in the unprofessionalism of the tech and lack of assistance from the company.Do not recommend this company.

We had a very good experience with the repair of our fridge.Mikhail was very knowledgeable and friendly.We will definitely call again if we have another problem with our appliances.

Sourav and parter completed a fast, careful and complete delivery and installation process for me for my washer and dryer. I'm very happy with the results. I would be happy to use this company again in the future.

Our oven/stove were not working properly so we called Consumer Appliance for a quote. They understand our frustration and were able to get us a technician right away despite we live pretty far away from the city. Our technician Yaseen was super friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the oven right away. We are very happy with the overall experience and we will always go for Consumer Appliances & Home Services in the future!
