I have never had to enlist the services of a dietician in my past. Having been diagnosed with a heart condition the pounds kept packing on, no matter what I tried to do I couldn't seem to lose the extra weight.A friend recommended Fiona. I was unsure at first about what to expect. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. She is very kind and caring with a wealth of information who went to work on my situation and created a diet for me. 1 week in and I have lost 2 pounds as well as 3 inches from my waist! I know that she is always available to support me through out my weight loss journey which is very comforting.I would very highly recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their health.
