This place is absolutely horrible. I had an appointment there and they mixed up my appointment with another lady with the exact same name and put us in the rooms and then try to switches without cleaning the rooms and then when I finally get to see the lady she says to me I’m too black and it’s too dark in here. It’s like racist up please

Ladies going for breast screening please if you value your life, do not go here for your imaging. I was misdiagnosed and the consequences were catastrophic! This clinic is hazardous to your health. Seek testing at a hospital where machines and techs are superior and will ensure your life is in the best of hands.

It was my first visit at this clinic and it was very quick. Vasudha was very helpful and signed me up right away to prevent any kind of delays. She was very friendly with everyone who visited the clinic.

Had a appointment this weekend for my mother and everything went out smoothly and very quickly would love to book it for next time time too…thanks again

The ultrasound technician went above expectations. She gave me an elastic to put my hair up so gel wouldn't get in my hair and then used a warm towel like spas use to get the gel off. All around an amazing visit! Thank you!

If I can give it zero stars I most definitely will.Receptionists were nice but I found out later that they both misinformed me. Due to being out of province, we had asked if they can bill our province health care provider directly and they said yes. After returning home, the following day we received a call from their clinic saying they cannot bill directly and we need to pay them. They asked for an e transfer and promised to send an invoice immediately, I sent the payment never received an invoice.Our daughter was in for a wrist X-ray. The technician was incompetent beyond words. Zero patience, kept telling us we’ll try later and he would attend to other clients. We tried three times, at 20 months old I don’t see how you can expect any child to not panic and cry. They are not equipped with a brace or some sort of brace to hold her wrist in place.He made it very clear that he didn’t want to deal with it and kept saying this can’t be done. He finally tells my husband that we’re holding up his line of clients and shows us the pile of requisitions.During our last and final attempt, he kept raising his voice and telling us to hold her arm and pull her finger.Avoid this place at all all costs. Worst place, worst experience. For someone in healthcare, this human has zero patience and compassion.

Just don’t go. The worse ever.Rude staff.They canceled my appointment because I was late 20mn.But they let me wait for 30mn and another 30mn later.I am pregnant and let me in in X-ray area.I asked them about the reason as I my last ultrasound was in a different area, they keep telling just get in. And the technician was using a mocking tone.Later on, I learned from the only white old lady receptionist that the technician used to deal with me was off sick and the new lady technician that refuses to give me an explanation is backing her up and uses another room in X Ray area.Why they did not take the time to explain instead of pushing me, do they feel strong enough to behave because they are an Indian community and they were almost pushing me I the corridor without any explanation, ignoring my questions!

Love this X-ray clinic, the service here is amazing. It was my first time coming to this clinic and the staff were very polite and patient, also I expected to wait like an hour but as soon as I went in I literally waited only two main and my name was called. The process was quick and easy, also their online chat help it says it takes 15 min for a response but I got a respond with in seconds . From now in this will be my go to place.

Had to get an x-ray done on Wednesday this week. Walked in with my form, they took my information and I sat down for not even two minutes before I was called in. I'd say I was in and out in under ten minutes and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.I've been there for ultrasounds before as well and never had a problem. I highly recommend!
