If I had the option for no stars I would! This place is filthy filthy and that was just what I could see. I would hate to see the kitchen area if the rest of the place was any kind of indication. We took our grandchildren here cus they live just down the street. I used the cleaner of the 2 highchairs, but it wasn't cleaner by much. The picks dont show things as well as they actually were. The high chairs have not been cleaned in a VERY long time! The dirt and stuck on food was gross. If I didn't have to fix the wheel of the stroller I would not have put him in it at all! There was couple sitting in there when we got there and one person ahead in line. That was it, yet all the tables were dirty with food and stuck on stuff. My arms stuck to the table so I had to clean it and it was so half dry stuck on syrup or something that had obviously been on there at least most of the day. One person ahead of us but took 25 minutes to get our food. Ridiculous! And the food was bland cold and not very fresh tasting and my berry cake was barely anything and big voids down further in the cup. And for the price you pay.....it was TERRIBLE! McDonalds is like fine dining in comparison. Went to the washroom and there was blood on the wall, poop smears on the wall by the toilet, all of which have been there for about a month or more according to another customer that I had warned on my way out of there. It's hard to see in the pics but all the windows look like they were washed with dirty toilet water. I will not set foot in this place ever again!If any health inspectors are reading this......this is one place I would be making sure to be inspected!

Wow, it'd been a while since I'd gone into a DQ and what a treat it was! The location was very clean and the workers were so warm and friendly ☺️ I will be back especially for the dilly bars that a still made in-house. I love the classic Dilly Bar Swirl!!!!!!!

Pretty disappointed. Ordered the mushroom burger with extra mushroom and there was basically nothing on the burger in general let alone “Extra”. Seems to be a common issue with most DQ’s sadly. The guy was nice gave me some on the side. I watched him grab it from the fridge and warm it in the microwave. Which is fine don’t get me wrong but the dip cup that was pre-made was less than half on the actual dip cup size. If that’s what they call a “portion” or “side”. I’m severely disappointed. Fix your mushroom burger please. You pay for it, you should get your moneys worth. Specially with price increases. The chicken strips were good though.

Lady who took our order wouldn't let me design my own blizzard. I wanted a hawian blizzard and she would not let me have it. She told me that I could only have the ones listed. They had all the ingredients I needed she just wouldn't let me have it. Then when my girlfriend asked for llids for our blizzards she gave us flat ones which because the ice cream overfill the cup would not fit. She asked if we could have the raised lids and was told no. Another employee who saw what was happening came and gave us the proper lids finally but that one lady who served us was rude and arrogant.

I was just at this location and noticed my burger been heated up by a microwave.. I was also given cold old fries, I will never go back to this location ever again, how is this allowed?..

They make really great ice cream cakes based off a picture. Got my kids birthday cakes there for years: Fortnite, Star Wars, Minecraft. All really cool looking. Staff is also very friendly.
