Called and left a message and also emailed regarding my appointment to replace my Mac battery. No one ever got back to me.Do NOT take your Mac here to be serviced unless you want to wait around and never be served.Not the first time I’ve attempted to give this business my money…and time.Save yourself time and go straight to the Apple Store.

Going to have to agree with some recent reviews here. Waste of time - no one answers the phone, ever. Booked an appointment, waited around way too long, spoke to a bunch of people. They basically ended up refusing to do a battery replacement because my battery was at 85% - if I’m paying for it and not happy with my phones battery life what do they care?Overall huge waste of timeWent to Apple Store at Eaton Centre - done without issue in an hour and a half - with a smile and above and beyond helpfulness. Similar to other reviews kinda rude service people. Life’s too short.

I had a great experience at Jump plus last week. I went in for what I thought was a repair to my iPad. Turns out the iPad is fine but I needed coaching in how to use it. While there I asked about problems with the MacBook which they instructed me on as well. And then they showed me a laptop holder and trackpad to address the ergonomic issues I was struggling with. Thank you so much Nancy and Keanu. I'm a new woman. less pain and the tech works great.

My experience with this wonderful group of people has been terrific. They have been helpful, patient and honest. I have gone to JumpPlus with various problems over the years and they have cheerfully solved each problem. I have never felt pushed to purchase. I have been educated and guided when I wanted to invest in something new but most important to me, they have been outstanding doing repairs. I have never had to wait terribly long for service. Overall, this is a great store!

Karan was nice enough to help me with an iPhone issue that I had been struggling with -- they were gracious, patient and even advised me on an extra potential product after we finished! I'd definitely come back for any of my Apple needs. Thanks again!

I had a great experience here, Colin and Keanu were both really helpful while I was looking for a new phone! They answered all my questions and made it a fun time too. Can't wait to break my phone again ! :)

Best customer service experience ever & Xavier is the best! A part of the tip of my apple pencil broke off and got stuck inside the case. It wasn't a technical problem and I've seen many similar cases where it was impossible to repair. Xavier did his best to fix it for me and eventually the broken part came out! It would be perfectly fine if he simply advised me to get a new one, but he did his best to repair it and provided more and better support than his duty. He is the most enthusiastic and supportive employee I've ever met at Apple.A great store to visit and definitely recommend everyone to come!

Highly recommend! Karan troubleshooted the issue, solved it, fixed it, and i was on my way in 10 minutes. WAYYY better service than the Apple Store. Jump+ is my new go-to for anything Apple.

The Sales staff was very knowledgeable for getting me the right choice of product. Keanu & Xavier helped me out for selecting the correct iPad plus completed the whole data transfer service in store without any hassle. Highly Recommended to visit the location for any purchase & Service

I came here twice. Both times, I felt pressured to buy more and very uncomfortable. For example, I said no 4 times, yet they continue to tell me I need it. They were not genuine at all and were not helpful at all. I came here for an ipad sleeve, and they guaranteed me it would fit by trying it on a much smaller iPad; taking it home, it did not fit. I returned, this time with my iPad to ensure the size fit. Without trying, the jump+ guy stated it would be great when I clearly said it wouldn't. And it did not fit. They just want to sell and don't care if their actually helping their customers. They are in your face and ignore when you're clearly uncomfortable. It was pretty disappointing. I would recommend the apple store over this; workers there are much more real and really really helpful. Not jump+.
