This office went out of its way to help a friend who broke his glasses. They were not only able to repair the glasses at a fair price, but were even able to loan him a pair to wear while his glasses were being repaired. This place continues to impress me with their level of customer service.

Dr. Erin Kelcher is an exceptional optometrist and human being. I can not over-emphasize how exceedingly grateful I am to have her my optometrist. I've seen a great many optometrists and ophthalmologists in my life since a teenager. I recall often feeling anxious, being rushed to choose the best lenses etc., feeling rushed as though I was an inconvenience...no one in my memory remotely compares to Dr. Erin Kelcher. You'll be completely awed and immediately at complete ease with Dr. Kelcher.I assure, you, you are in ultimate good hands in her care. What you get is upmost professional optometric care, kindness, efficiency, knowledge, expertise, a level of care and conscientiousness that I can not imagine possibly being surpassed.If you as I expect you do, want to have complete confidence in the care of your 'precious eyesight' then Dr. Erin is 'the one' to see atI See Optometry.Hand on my heart, I promise you'll be mighty thankful.

Dr. Martineau has been our family optometrist for years. We trust her and her team. Glasses may be a little pricey but a very good selection

I cannot speak highly enough of I See Optometry. I broke my frame recently, and went in to see what could be done. They were able to give me a deal, with a substantial saving. They then gave me a loaner pair of Digressive glasses until my new frames came in. All of this was offered by the excellent staff without having to ask. The customer service here is top notch.

I went to see Dr E Kelcher recently and the visit was excellent. She is extremely thorough and knowledgable. She has a really plesant demeanour and took lots of time to explain everything. The staff is super nice and the clinic is well organized.I then saw Mr Robert for my lenses (appointment given quickly after my full eye exam by Dr Kelcher) and he is outstanding. I am a healthcare worker myself and have some knowledge about vision but the amount of new info that i learned from Robert was phenomenal. We talked about my eye issues, my workplace and what would work best for my situation. His advice is greatly appreciated.Big thanks and 6 stars to Dr K and Robert. You are both really great at what you do and I truly appreciate both of you taking care of me.

Dr. Martineau and her staff are simply amazing. They took excellent care of my children and myself when we visited. Dr. Martineau takes time to listen to her patients and tries her best to solve any issue they’re having.I would def recommend them, and the icing on the cake is that her staff and she are all bilingual!Great experience!

I have been a client of I see/Je Vois for several years, and have always been struck by their professionalism and excellent service. Recently, I noticed a chip in the frame of my new glasses. Without hesitation, they immediately ordered a replacement pair. Within a few days, the new frames were in. I walked in without an appointment and received immediate and customarily polite and professional service. Within a few minutes, my lens were put into the new frames, I had a custom adjustment - and the optician even cleaned and adjusted my sunglasses (not purchased there). I can't imagine a better experience. Not to mention, a greater selection of great glasses to choose from!
