Completely satisfied! Their quote was competitive and they stuck to it. Very seamless progression from demolition to re-installation of the new cabinets. All our requested changes were accommodated and the quality of the cabinetry is superior. Their installer, Carl, was a craftsman in his own right and deserves kudos also. We love our new kitchen and would recommend this company to everyone.

We hired Columbia Carpentry to replace the dated, built-in shelving on both sides of our new fireplace. It was a different sort of job because we weren't sure how to design the cupboards and shelves that would fit in the existing area. We gave them a general idea of what we would like and they came up with a design layout and sent us a copy. Jeremy patiently showed us ideas of our options and met with us as needed before work started. Their installer, Karl, did an amazing job and everything was completed in a day! The quality of the cabinets, the colour, the final price and the overall esthetics of the completed project greatly exceeded ourexpectations. We appreciated their punctuality, kindness and professionalism throughout the course of their work, especially with regard to Covid protocol. Thank you all so much! I botched a repair to the face of my kitchen cabinet drawer. Striped and broken screws and subsequent use of gorilla glue. Jeffrey and his guys repaired it no charge. When does that happen these days? Thanks Guys!

We lived in Ontario and purchased a house in Calgary Alberta. The house we bought was built in 1984 and still had original 1984 kitchen along with the terrible flooring threw out. Being that I lived in Ontario but wanted the flooring done and a new custom kitchen my realtor recommend Columbia Carpentry. I told her I needed someone I could trust because I would be in Ontario not here for the reno.I reached out to them and received a call back from Matt, we chatted for probably 30 minutes about what I wanted and what he recommended. After that first call I felt quite comfortable and did not feel the need to get any other estimates. I explained that I would not be in Calgary and that all choices would have to be done threw pictures. He did say he had never done that before but if I was ok with it we could proceed. Well hiring them was the best decision I made!! We had our share of issues but nothing that could not be dealt with. He ordered my kitchen and got it done within my time line and I absolutely love it. It is everything I wanted and more, even though part way threw I asked to have a closet redone into a large pantry, that was not a problem. Matt took care of everything and gave me the kitchen of my dreams.I am 100% satisfied with the workmanship, the way I was treated and always kept in the loop. Renovations are not easy when you are in the same city never mind being over 3000 kilometers away. Columbia Carpentry was wonderful to work with and made me feel confident in my choices. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation. They take pride in what they do and have great people skills.
