My initial experience with the place was a negative one, however, they quickly apologized and helped me and were very attentive for my needs. What sold me even further is that after my purchase I returned to them 4 times pr so to adjust my glasses and although I didn’t pay anything, their treatment of me did not change one bit.

Great customer service! Joe took the time, and it was months, to find me the perfect solution. You get what you pay for in opticians. I'm not willing to go cheap where my eyesight is involved.

Joe and his staff are the reason that I won't get laser surgery! They offer helpful suggestions, and I always leave with at least one pair of funky glasses that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, but look great and always yield compliments. I have a fabulous wardrobe of glasses to suit all moods and occasions and have been going here for years. Fair prices and friendly professional service. Can't recommend highly enough!

Well...The Optic Zone" I have been going there for about 25 years now. My standard line I use is "I got a guy"... and that guys name is Joe.I always need a bigger pair of glasses to fit my big Fred Flintstone head.Joe always.... always

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their frames selection is expansive with lots of eclectic options. The frame selection process is highly personalized and suited to your face shape, though I was pressured into buying frames I maybe would not otherwise have chosen. For such cool high end frames, the lense experience is a complete 180. My lense curvature was all wrong somehow and I had constant fisheye and wonky vision and headaches for two weeks until I brought them back. To their credit, the store was very gracious about it and replaced the lenses with no charge, but the new ones were cheap and look blue/purple all of the time. I wasn't warned about this and wasn't give an option to upgrade. I get negative comments on them all of the time, from strangers and peers alike. It's embarassing. They look awful in person. They look awful in photos. They look like dollarstore tinted sunglases, except they cost me several hundred dollars. I thought I could get used to it but a year later, I still choose to leave the house without them and go blind into the world because they look so bad. Very much a waste of high end designer frames and all of my benefits money-- the kind of bad decision you're stuck with for two years. Get your frames here but maybe take them somewhere else for lenses. They're very kind, but kindness doesn't fix the fact that you're stuck with a bad product-- one that's fundamental to your day to day life and that is very costly to replace.

I've been going here for years and it's amazing the compliments I get wherever I travel. People have chased me down to stop me to ask where did I get those cool frames. Joe is VERY knowledgeable about the fit that suits your face the best. His taste and frames selection is incomparable. Take a visit you won't be disappointed. Great customer service from all staff.

We have been going there for our glasses, for the last 15 years. Joe and the staff have always been incredibly helpful. Their knowledge and style-sense is one we have trusted always.As a person with a somewhat larger hand than most, finding the right frames has always. During my last purchase at the start of the year (2022), my nose bridge skin, had a reaction with the material used in the frames. Without hesitation, they replaced my frames and lenses to ensure that my comfort and style were paramount.I highly recommend them. They have always had the very coolest in frames and highly skilled staff.
