Today I came here with an enemy and now we are close friends because of Impact. We ate two bowls and the taste was astronomical. They played Gwen stefani music and the vibes were immaculate.

Got a tomato avocado toast and a super green smoothie. Both were delicious. Problem it never said on the package if the kiwi was taken out due to an allergy/ intolerance. Prices are a tad high and it’s a shame to see another healthy place make it harder to get healthy options for cheaper.Edit May 31:Honesty for the price of the food for you to mess up an order and give a type 2 toast with blueberries, maple syrup and peanut butter on top is so not okay, when what I ordered was a simple tomato + feta (hold the feta) with bacon; two very different orders and I’m type 2. I won’t be buying from impact kitchen again. Please make sure you are looking at clients orders and their needs. It’s ridiculous to think that I was saying “hello hello” to the gentleman on the phone and he wasn’t answering at all. Thank you for giving healthy experiences to some people but LOOK AT THE ORDERS PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

I've never seen a place that uses such high quality ingredients and list all of them for all their items on the menu. I highly recommend any of their power bowl, farmhouse skillet for breakfast or the almond protein brownie for a snack. A must for the Foodies!

Good choice for healthy and quick food. The food got offered in 2-3 mins after placing my order. Steak added was hard and tasteless. Scrambled eggs were plain. Soup was all right. All the rest were, the ingredients themselves.

What I love about IK:Food quality is good! The food is healthy and mostly appears to be made with intention.What I dislike:The prices are high, making their cafe style restaurant unobtainable to many. The food isn’t always prepared well. It’s hit or miss. It’s loud inside and not an ideal place to enjoy a lunch with a friend.

The food is good even though I found a stick in my breakfast bowl... The service could be better, there is a lot of employees just chatting behind the counter instead of being attentive to customers.
