Where do I begin? I first stopped by this office about 5 to 6 years ago. I was little nervous because I had started to lose my hearing in both ears and it was gradually getting worse. I didn't want bad news. So I put off my free hearing test for a couple of weeks. When I finally did get up the courage, I was pleasantly surprised how kind and understanding the staff were/are. They seem to really have compassion and empathy for the people they help. They did the test on both ears and let me take home a hearing aid that was calibrated to my specific hearing loss for the ear that had was the worst. It was like a miracle! NO KIDDING! I thought that I was too far gone to be able to hear properly again. It was nice to be able to carry on a conversation like a regular person again :)People who don't have hearing lose issues don't really understand what that actually means, but these people do! In the past number of years, they have treated me like a VIP and I go in once a year to have my hearing aid re-calibrated to match my current hearing lose level, which is getting worse, but they keep fixing me up,. Even though it's been a while since my warranty ran out...they don't care about that. I don't even live in the same town anymore and they mailed me a replacement part at no cost to me....as a courtesy! With a week!I am so glad that I found people who understand and take care of me the way they do. It's more than a business" to them. They seem to have the desire to make my quality of life better in their own way.I just have to say a thousand "thank yous" to the staff and can endorse them to anyone that may feel like they are becoming lost in the crowd because people get frustrated trying to talk to them. This clinic and staff will help! Free hearing test and a trial period on the aids they have to offer and my work insurance paid for part of it too.It may sound like I am a friend or family member giving a fake review

The personal support at this and other NexGen offices is excellent. Not onlyare you given choices of high quality products, but your specialized needs are addressed and tweaked until you’re happy. Very impressed with Teresa’s audiology expertise, but also with the way she navigates complex and constantly evolving technology. As a professional musician and avid outdoor enthusiast, I pushed the envelope re expectations but came out getting the maximum possible from my Oticon More set, thanks to unwavering support from Teresa (and previously, Selene).

Google has mis-indexed this site. It is the top hit for ear wax removal, but they pass prospective patients back to their doctors for ear wax removal. They hearing aids. They _DO NOT_ do anything with ear wax.If they fix the indexing / ranking, I'll update my rating / review.

I dont write reviews...this is my first.Let me explain. First....I found you can buy a hearing aids in so many places in Victoria....buying and service is a daunting task.Dont gamble with your health ,hearing or your provider. As a senior..I have the time...and took up the challenge...sorted out all the talk and promises ...and found the best.Thank you Teresa...for all your good work...expertise, and time to find what works best for me..I strongly recommend..Nextgen in Okay Bay..Find the difference..thanks again Teresa...Ron B.

I was there recently for my hearing audiogram test for my job pre requisite and ear specialist was so amazing in her work and she was so eloquently throughout my test and also enjoyed her witty sense of humour too.. highly recommended to everyone.

I did my free hearing test here.. Selene is very warm and friendly , the entire session went smooth and fun. Definitely recommend Selene.

She gave my daughter a donated hearing aid free of charge with batteries and incredible /informative medical information with photos on my daughter's rare ear condition. She put us at ease and was an absolute saint. We cannot thank you enough!
