The Brick

Last week I bought myself a new mattress for my birthday. It has turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done! The mattress is extremely comfortable, and I love it! The Sales Associate, Allen Zhang, was extremely helpful in choosing the right mattress, and his manager offered an extra financial benefit that was most appreciated. Originally, the Brick was not my first choice to look, but it certainly turned out to be the best choice. When I need furniture again, I think The Brick will be the best place to go. Thank you, Allen!

We have been to two locations and we ended up buying some of our furniture from the Grandview brick. We dealt with Sanjay and he was a lovely bloke, very easy going and relaxed. He was not pushy whatsoever and that was important to us. And so, 5 stars to him. I have only given 4 because when we received the furniture the delivery guys were a tad upset. They explained to us that they do not deliver to apartments with stairs. This was news to us as we were very clear about where the furniture was being delivered and did not want any issues. So, well done to the delivery boys! They carried a huge heavy piece up several stairs and did so without damaging the furniture. Good Job! My only suggestion that the Brick be more transparent to the customer as to where delivery is acceptable. If they decide to make exceptions that they communicate to their boys on the road so they are prepared. All that said the furniture looks and feels great.

Amazing customer service Ghazal was very informative this is the first time we get something from the Brick we usually get everything from Sleep Country but rest assured, I will keep coming back to the brick because of the excellent customer service and patients that she had with my mother and 80 year old lady. GHAZAL I wish you the best with this company. They are lucky to have you.

Today, I received customer service from a lady her name was Ghazal at the Grandview HWY branch, she was very friendly, patient and careful, she had good information about every item that I needed, she was able to explain the similarities and differences of the product to me in a very professional manner and I was able to choose. I have been a Brick customer for years and have always received good customer service, but this time was exceptional and encouraged me to leave a review. Thank you Brick for such a great service. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase today.
