I recently had both a natural gas furnace and hot water tank installed. This company is fabulous in every way. I was very impressed by the workers communication skills and sense of humor! My thanks to all the worker dudes (Oliver, Kyle, Chris, and Ryan and the clean -up young fella. You guys get an A plus.

Incredibly poor experience. Communication from the owner to the staff was so poor. Bridgeman consulted to us on Heat Pump that leaked causing water damage to our ceiling and furniture - immediately after install. They also sold us a system that could not effectively cool a very hot room. Chris promised to get us a bigger unit and then realized it would cost him too much to replace it so we were left with a defunct A/C in one of the three rooms we needed the service for. The Furnace was installed in a location that should have been advised to us had issues related to ventilation. We have a fog show at the front of the house instead of it venting up the chimney. Poly B was to be replaced but they left areas undone. Replaced old plumbing but missed a major spot that caused us a basement leak. After furnace was installed they left us a box with controls so we had no way of turning on the heat. Chris also sold us a novo water filter that he had in his own house. (2 years later) he would not service this unit. Things went so bad that the staff didn't want to come back to face us. The one thing they made sure of, was that they constantly got paid. We paid every invoice as it came in and yet at the very end they didn't want to do anything until they got their money. For us it was about quality of work, we were not trying to get a deal or short change them. Bridgeman didn't get that. Now we are just paying every time we turn around to fix what they did. We regret not getting more quotes from vendors on each and every job. Encourage you to consider other suppliers. This job was done in the summer of 2019 and we are still trying to undo the problems they left us.

Bridgeman did a great replacing my gas furnace. Kyle and Chris were very friendly and efficient and cleaned everything up after they finished. thanks David M

Great company to work with. Very responsive when called when my heating system failed this winter and I needed a full replacement. Guided me to correct updated design and assistance with how to proceed for rebates. The installation team onsite were all polite, helpful and professional and timely.I highly recommend Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating.

Had Bridgeman recently install a mini split system in my house and it is fantastic no more baseboard heat bills and a/c in the summer. They also installed a new double sink for the kids right before back to school

We purchased an 18,000 new heat pump and furnace last August /21 from Bridgeman and it never worked properly from the start which required multiple return visits to do adjustments and repairs. Finally they ended up having to replace the refrigeration unit in it. We went through the winter with many days in which we had no heat, The worst experience ever for buying something so expensive that never worked from day 1. Now Aug/22 we received an invoice for $1954.84 for troubleshooting the equipment failure and fixing it! When called and asked why we were billed for this unit which was under warranty they said only the units are under warranty not the servicing. So for an 18,000 unit that didn't work they are now charging us another 2000.00 to make it work. Based on this experience I would not recommend Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating. I do not expect this heat pump unit to last more than 2 years if that. Marjorie Swift

Worst customer service we have ever experienced.Worst company we have ever dealt with.Bridgeman Plumbing quoted, sold and installed a mini split heat pump with three indoor units. Bridgeman Plumbing appears to have no qualified HVAC Refrigeration Technicians, another company was sent to charge and enable the system. Also the heat pump was never tested after installation.The indoor unit in our bedroom made a ticking sound, even when all three units were powered off. Bridgeman Plumbing technical staff came out twice and were unable to resolve the heat pump problem. Chris Bridgeman recommended turning the main breaker off at night to get the ticking to stop. After this Bridgeman Plumbing stopped answering calls and Chris Bridgeman wouldn't return messages. Turning off all heat to the house every night is not a long term solution.I called Bridgeman Plumbing every couple of days for weeks, the calls were not answered. I left messages that Chris Bridgeman never returned. When someone finally answered, I was very frustrated and upset, he told me he couldn't help and I had to speak to Chris Bridgeman. Chris Bridgeman would never speak to me. We finally paid another company, they diagnosed a manufacturing fault and recommended Bridgeman Plumbing needed to do a warranty replacement. This was not possible because Bridgeman Plumbing wouldn't answer the phone and Chris Bridgeman wouldn’t return messages. We ended up paying the other company to remove the faulty unit.The only thing Bridgeman Plumbing did quickly was cash the cheque. We also lost $5000 because Bridgeman Plumbing installed a heat pump that doesn’t qualify for the Canada Government Greener Home rebate.

The crew arrived on time and did fabulous work. Let me know how the work was going. Cleaned up the job site. I will use them again if I have another job.

We had a mini split heat pump installed. We have been very impressed with Bridgeman from the first call we made through the entire installation process. The crew who did the install were lovely. Kind, considerate and very professional. I would highly recommend contacting Bridgman for your heat pump!

Highest possible recommendation to Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating!!! They installed our heat pump for our home and they were absolutely first rate. They are part of the Home Performance Contractor Network and it shows as all parts of the process were exceptionally good.
