The product that I was looking for was available at this location. I'm very happy with the purchase.The store appears to be well kept and organized. This holiday season, they had great sales available.One thing I would recommend the company improve on is their customer service skills.

I had an amazing experience there! Ryan was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had come in a couple days prior with the same issue and didn’t find much help, so I left and tried another day. Ryan was kind, patient and went above and beyond to try and suggest/find the perfect thing I needed. I was very frazzled and had a lot on my plate, but I appreciate the non judgemental and genuine help I got. It’s so wonderful when a worker actually cares about why you’re there. It truly made my experience incredible and purchase better than had I gotten no help, by telling me about all the engraving features, other styles, colours etc.

I've been to this location several times and I find the service keeps getting worse. The last time I was there I had brought in a watch in which 2 weeks before I had the batteries changed along with a hybrid watch. It took 24 hours to change the batteries on 2 watches, not exactly convenient when you don't live in the area. At the time they told me the hybrid watch had mechanical issues and needed repair and charged me for a battery change for the other watch. Then I noticed the watch still wasn't moving so I brought it back. The person helping me was not helpful at all when I told her the watch did not work. Instead of attempting to try to help me troubleshoot she just said it's probably this watch that did not work rather than the other one and told me I need to go online to apply for the repair. I don't understand why they were not clear at all in which watch was not working and how they could possibly mix up which watch was the one that had mechanical issues.

Had an issue with a watch band that was a manufacturer defect that was noticed long after warranty. Staff were super nice and helped me find a replacement band they could give me for free and I left very pleased with the whole experience! I've purchased watches here before as well and always had a great TIME. No sales pressure or anything.

If you want to change batteries in your watch, don't bother visiting this store. They never have batteries in stock. Also, if they did have batteries apparently it would take them 3 days to change them. Simply ridiculous.. specially not convenient if you don't live in the area and cannot keep making trips to get a simple battery change.

Staff were very friendly. I have never experienced any problems. My Fossil store to go to.

Absolutely wonderful customer service at this store. We visited twice over the holidays and boxing day sales and were very impressed with the helpful staff. Great quality watches and accessories with vegan leather options and everything!

Just came here to say Romain is amazing!!! Stopped by this afternoon to do my last minute Christmas shopping and she was so helpful and professional to not only myself but to everyone in the store. Her ability to maintain her customer service even when dealing with an impatient customer was also highly impressive. Thank you again for all your help today!
