I got in touch with Andy to let him know about a clogged drain in my basement. Andy was attentive to my call and tried to determine the nature of the problem I was experiencing by asking me some really important questions. He was really professional and thorough, and he was able to come out a few hours after speaking to him. He merely advised beginning with a camera inspection because it might show whether the problem is still present or not. Toronto Plumbing has just completed a sewer backup problem at our North Toronto home that required excavation of the front lawn. Andy was excellent in explaining what had to be done and why, and proceeded to repair the pipe quickly restore the lawn and garden to the original state. Couldn’t be happier that we used Andy!!
