I’m very unhappy with the service I received from this company. I saw one of their chairs online and decided to purchase it. I contacted them and told them since their location is far from me I will not be able to come to their store and will buy it online. The chair was delivered to me few days after and right when I opened it I realized the chair is too big, much bigger than all the chair I have worked with at all the clinics and I will not be able to use it. I called them right away and told them that I need to return it. They told me that they will not take it back since it’s in their power . Finally after arguing with them they said they will do the return but will deduct 20% from the price I paid. They said to call few days after so they can get the approval from the management. When I called them back they said it was not approved. The sale representative never mentioned their policy although he knew I haven't seen the chair. I think it’s very unfair because the chair hasn’t been used and least they could do was to exchange it with another chair. I spent $2100 on this chair and I am very upset that I will not be able to use it.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I bought a chair a few years ago and when I moved I had to disassemble the chair, unfortunately I missed place the bolts. I was promised to receive all missing bolts and somehow was shipped only one!! And for the cost of 16.00. I called and explained my situation, and the Chinese man said oh yeah no problem I’ll send you the rest of the bolts. Clearly just to hang up and ignore my issue. So don’t ever misplace your bolts! Now I need to go search a place that will match these specialized bolts, due to safety and security of when my clients sit in the chair. Not happy at all with them.
