Very bad customer service. No follow up. For every 10 emails we send we might get a respond. Looks like you guys are not interested in doing business!! guess what? We are not interested either. Delt with HSBC back home, all I can tell is that you guys are not even close to the level of service we used to get back home. Not even sure if this is a real HSBC!!!

This branch spent over a month settling my relative's estate (only a few working days in other banks), and in the end they refused to return her original death certificate. Responses to my email inquiries were cursory, borderline rude. I went to this branch because it was closest to where I live. In retrospect I should have gone to the downtown branch where I always received excellent services.
