A true 5-stars for Dr. Maegan Folk and Specsavers. Dr. Folk spent a very generous amount of time advising me on my diagnosis of dry eye disease and I left feeling way better, and confident in Dr. Folk’s capability and knowledge, thank you! Front end staff was also friendly and competent. Highly recommend Specsavers and the lovely Dr. Folk!

Definitely a very pleasant experience...welcomed by Madison very friendly...then introduced to Chris who did the initial exam...Dr.Maegan Folk discovered I had double vision & recommended Prism be put in my new lenses excellent advice!! Tara then took over after & got me to go with very some very Cool frames!! Kudos to Tara & all the staff...friendly, knowledgeable, & engaging!!! Dr.Folk is the best optometrist...no need to look elsewhere for exams or glasses!!

My Husband had the best ever experience at Spec Savers in Kelowna!!! Dr.Megan was excellent doing his eye exam etc.. Megan is very knowledgeable, she answered all his questions with a positive attitude!!The Staff also were extremely kind and amazing!! This was the best experience he’s ever had!! They were prompt and he received his glasses with no issues!! My Husband thanks you very much!!! Me too!!

100% recommend Specsavers in Kelowna. I had Tara initially help me help pick my frames. Poor Tara, I was embarrassingly fussy and high maintenance. I appreciated her honesty on what suited me and that she didn’t try to push me into the wrong frames for a sale. I was even more pleased that other staff were looking for things that fit my wish list. Pick up was very efficient with Madisons help, she was very kind and reassuring. I definitely will return❤️

Chris was so helpful and explained everything to me. Took a lot of time make sure I was happy with my purchase. Anyone needs new glass go in this store so many selections to chose from and specials to choose from.

Did an eye exam this morning and picked fantastic sunglasses. The staff are super super friendly. And Madison even fixed my own two pair of glasses for free! Highly recommended!

Never have I gone to get an eye exam and new glasses (which is typically a run-of-the-mill experience) and left having a big smile on my face. These 5 stars aren't just for the competitive pricing on frames and lenses, they're mostly for the above and beyond customer service delivered by several members of the staff. I'm not even in the store yet and I was met with a positive welcome from an employee at the entrance, followed by the reasonable wait time being filled with upbeat conversation with another. The exam itself was a very cool experience, one part being an eye health exam with state of the art machines, and the second being the actual eye exam (1 or 2, 3 or 4); both parts run by friendly examiners. After that I was guided by a very knowledgeable salesman (Steven) who helped me find not just 2 of the best frames, but also the most cost efficient. The highest commendations go to employee Faith, and store manager Tanya who showed immense patience and effort in sorting out specific details, helping me get the most out of the various lens options and the promotion I took advantage of. Even when the computer system itself was glitching, the positivity and laughs never wavered. I can confidently say I will be using Specsavers Optometry in Orchard Park Mall here in Kelowna exclusively from now on, and you won't regret choosing them for your optical needs.

I love my two new pairs of eye glasses. The eye test was very thorough with testing for eye health.After getting home, I quickly realized I could read clearly in my normal position.I took both pairs back and in a few minutes with some minor adjustments, I could read perfectly.They offer great service and great prices! 9 Wendy was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
