I emailed about a bug problem with photos attached, and received a response extremely quickly. Terri identified the bugs, forwarded reputable sources about them, educated me and my family about upkeep and prevention. Inspection was complete the day we communicated via phone call, and a spray done basically a day after. Extremely friendly, informative, non pushy/sales driven unlike the other companies we reached out to. Not to mention the great pricing compared to other companies in the Cariboo area. We had Terry come to our house to help us with a mouse problem we had. After coming in inspecting and baiting our house I asked about closing in the house. Terry was not helpful in regards to this. He said he would look" around but didn't notice where they were getting. He left and didn't help at all with closing in the house. I then got ahold of him after a couple weeks and again asked him who could help us close in our house if he couldn't and he said "I dont know why you want to do this

Terry was able to take care of a last minute termite inspection for me for subject removal on a house purchase. Terry was professional and helpful. Happy with the service received.

We used Terry at our business with a mouse problem. A rather unique situation where mice had gotten into our semi-truck tractor. Terry came out and inspected and was a wealth of information. We were not only informed about how to remove them, we were also given a wealth of information on how mice operate (seasonal, nesting, parking areas, etc). With the help of Terry and a number of traps, we were able to successfully rid ourselves of the mouse problem. The pricing was incredibly reasonable considering we weren't paying for the traps, we were paying for his wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.Terry and Interior Pest Arrest was instrumental in resolving this extremely difficult and unique situation. We are now in the process of engaging Terry and the IPA team with a termite situation in our yard and would highly recommend Terry and this business to ANYONE that has a bug, rodent or termite situation. I phoned for some advice 8:00pm one evening. The gentleman was fantastic!!!! The problem was about ticks many miles from where I was, my grandchildren were visiting from Montreal staying in a very old original farm house. Great Company.

I used the service of Interior Pest Arrest first in September of 2017 when I saw couple of mice in my house. Terry responded quickly and very professionally and ever since I didn't have any problems of these nocturnal visitors until recently in November of 2020. Called Terry and he came the very next day and did what he had to do. I hope Terry's magic would work, like previously, for a long time. Thank you Terry.

These guys were great, they were able to come on a quick time frame and were very professional. They explained things to us in a very understandable manner and made suggestions and gave us pointers above and beyond the scope of what they were hired to do. Highly recommend

This company did a termite inspection on a house we were considering buying. They were very professional, friendly and prompt and certainly helped with our decision on the house. Highly recommend them!
