I have been a customer for several years with Park Fuels. The company ROCKS! Every time I call for an order no matter the circumstances they always make sure I am taken care of - to the extent of coming out my way on unscheduled days. The lady who answers the phone (Linda I believe?) is a wonderful woman with great customer service skills and the delivery drivers are always very friendly. Not to mention how VERY grateful we are to have a choice other than Irving!!!!!

We are newer customers to Park Fuels and are beyond impressed with the service we've received. Extremely friendly staff & fuel delivery usually within 24 hours!!!! we used to wait up to 2 weeks with the last company! Couldn't be HAPPIER! Most definitely exceeded our expectations..Thank you

I've always been happy with Leroy's Park Fuels service, but this time they blew it out of the park. I called back in December to have a delivery of oil as we were going away and wanted to be sure if something happened with the heat pumps our tenant would have the furnace as a back up. Well, sure enough there was an issue and she had to use the furnace. Little did I know they never filled it, not sure why and it doesn't matter as I know that's not there style. As the current weather is about to hit us at -40 to -50 with windchill and the fact I hadn't received my invoice yet, I decided to check the tank. Well it was on empty, which it had been close to that when I originally called. So I called and they weren't sure why it hadn't been filled but said they would get me on the list the next day. In usual form, about 3 hours later after I'm sure his quitting time a oil truck shows up to fill me. I opened the window to tell the driver how impressed I was with Park Fuels service. Well it was him that saw us on the delivery list for the next day with EMPTY TANK on the delivery order, so he decided to do it today instead. OUTSTANDING and THANK YOU.

A huge thank you to Scott and his team at Leroy's Park Fuels for the amazing job they did at our house.We had an old oil furnace and tank removed and replaced with a heat pump furnace.Their teams were prompt, professional, NICE and they cleaned up.Definitely worth giving them a call.

There was a bad storm today (Saturday) and we ran out of oil, I called at 6:30pm and someone was here by 7:15pm putting oil in our tank. So very grateful for the kind man that came, and impressed with such great customer service from start to finish (emergency answering service, call-back, and then visit). I’d recommend Park Fuels to anyone in the area.

Since 2012, they have been consistently around $100 more expensive than Enbridge's commodity charge, every year. A year or two ago, I called to switch to Enbridge but Park Fuels said their rates were going to go down, so I stayed with them. Bad choice. I called again to switch and I was told I'm locked in until December!!! Liars and crooks. The staff present as customer friendly but the company is not.

Woke up on Boxing Day (Dec 26, 2021) to our Rinnai on-demand water heating beeping and throwing the error code #11 (no ignition/ no propane). 7:45 - checked and sure enough there was no hot water. 8:00 - went outside and checked the tank and it was less than 7% left. 8:15 - called Park Fuel 24/7 line. 8:30 - got through to someone. 9:30- Park Fuel called to say the truck has been dispatched. 10:10 - Park Fuel truck shows up and refilled the tank.Somehow our automatic propane replenish date was missed. But I’m not surprised because we perhaps have been using more fuel than normal (with 6 people in the house). However the speed of Park Fuels to correct the situation was outstanding. One might tend to panic if you have no hot water, in the middle of winter, with 2 seniors in the house, etc. But the person I talked to was great, the person who called to update us that the truck was dispatched was great, and I only wish we had a little “thank you” package ready for the delivery guy when he came. Great job Park Fuel!

Switched to Park Fuels 2 years ago. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a different alternative. My diesel and furnace oil are always on time, as well as any furnace maintenance issues, taken care of quickly.

Awful service. I leased an oil tank from Park Fuels for nearly 20 years. Then I decided to switch to electric heat and was ready to switch everything over. Park Fuels said they weren't going to take the tank back and that I had to buy the tank I was leasing from them for full price. Because of that I could not afford to switch to electric heat and decided to go with Irving Oil until the tank was paid off. When Park Fuels found out about this, they gave me the hardest time. For over 6 months they would call my insurance company saying that the tank was not up to code. So I would have an inspection done every two weeks. It felt like they were doing this on purpose. I would strongly urge people to go to Irving Oil and save them the hassle of dealing with Park Fuels. Their service is terrible, the employees were rude and they seem very spiteful.

I would recommend Park Fuels to anyone. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely don't feel like just another number when dealing with them. Such wonderful people and even better service!
