The car wash is outstanding. My car always turns out spectacular and brand new. Very friendly staff. Been going for years!

I've been bringing my cars to Kipling Kar Wash for years on a regular basis and highly recommend them for the quality work they do. My cars are always spotless. The extra effort at the end by 3 of their staff to hand dry makes all the difference. Under the mirrors, door sills and trunk prevent the drops from spoiling the finish.Seasonal detailing is excellent especially the interior. Mats and carpets look like new.Always friendly, helpful and dependable.

We have been bringing our car here for years. It is the best car wash in Etobicoke hands down! They always do a great job even with special detail to the wheel rims. We won't go anywhere else. The staff is always pleasant and the manager has a great work ethic. He's always pitching in at the end of the line!

Not so impressed with the service lately, service is mediocre and seems like most of the workers are not so happy, cashier is always grumpy and goes above and beyond to show you that he is really unhappy despite the tips. On April 02 I paid the $35 service and the car was still not clean, lots of dirty spots allover, floor mats dirty (see pics), trunk not vacuumed and inside vaccumed in a rush. The car soap dispencer is not working well and the first soft clot machine is stall completely as I could see through the windows.I could not go back because I was tight for time but I definitely will go somewhere else now.This problem started when they changed ownership, the service is declining.I hope they go back to what it used to be.

I had a really disappointing experience with the carwash service this time. Despite paying $45, they completed the job in just 10 minutes, and to make matters worse, the car was still dirty in the end.

So disappointing. Change of ownership.Not the place it used to be. Not even close. I started using Kipling Kar Wash 36 years ago. Thorncrest Ford recommended them after the purchase of my very first new car. Over the years and over many cars it was always a pleasure to see the energy an enthusiasm they put into their service. My kids came when they were little and we'd watch through the window.Today, what a disappointing difference, truly the end of an Etobicoke landmark. Surly and argumentative, rundown. New management behaves like they are doing you a favour, rather than providing a service.With great disappointment, I am looking for a new shop. :-(

Went there after a long trip in our mini. Asked for a basic car wash to get the bugs off the grill/hood. The guy said he couldn’t do basic because there were too many bugs. So we had to pay for an upgrade. The car wash didn’t seem to be fully operational. Soap was only going on 1/2 the car. Got finished and many of the bugs were still there. The wheel rims/caps were still dirty. The rear windshield washer arm was cracked. Never again. Never.

Came here a few months ago and was happy. Next time I came they tried to charged me triple for the same service I got the first time. This time came with a friend with a smaller car that had been parked a while. Honestly it looked worse after they cleaned it. It was already pretty clean in the inside we just wanted the cup holders and dash wiped tbh. But there’s dust all over everything still after paying for the 40$ service. It’s to bad you lost a couple customers with me. And definitely won’t recommend it to anyone els.
