We've ordered several sets of counter tops over the years for various renovations, and have always been happy with these folks. We just ordered a new set for our suite, and our renovations took longer than planned, so the counter tops sat at Paterson's for over a month. When we did pick them up, they were in perfect condition and installed perfectly. Paterson's is our go-to for any type of counter top. Thanks!

What a great company. Had checked in with Colonial but since we were a small job they didn't seem very interested in giving us a proper quote, etc. Found Paterson and they were incredibly helpful and super nice! Their regular prices seem to be slightly less than Colonial but they also have a Bone yard" where they have smaller amounts at half price and they will still cut to size and finish off the way you want it!! Turned out super nice and certainly much better quality than the stuff you get at the big box stores!!"

They did three incorrect installs. We still have a back splash that is too short on one end and too long on the other. One of the incorrect installs left us without a sink to use or water in the kitchen for 6 days.The caulking was partially done in white instead of clear which now needs to be picked out and redone. They gave us a discount to compensate for all of their errors but this did not change the fact that we wished we had never used them and would strongly discourage others from using them as well- it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Things started out great, I went into the show room to look at samples, sent an e-mail requesting a quote-which I received. When I replied asking to have the quote reproduced with another product I never received a reply. Too bad, I ended up ordering my counter tops with another company. I guess Paterson's has so much business they didn't need mine.

Installation was a nightmare and then when it was time to pay the invoice they charged more. When questioned they said it was because they forgot to send out an additional invoice and charged the credit card without permission for the additional invoice. Not very professional!!

Kitchen renovation is stressful and so many things can go wrong. One of the most reassuring part of the whole project for us is the service from Paterson countertop. They were crystal clear in explaining the process, quick to reply my email and answer my questions. They were able to schedule the installation within 2 weeks of template measurements. Their price is also better than a few other ones we enquired. Very happy to have found them!!

We had a great experience with this company. We drove in from out of town to look at what they had in stock for pay and take slabs. For a little extra, they cut and finished them to our specs and we brought them back the same day to our cottage to install ourselves. Everything fit perfectly and they look beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better result and living in a rural area, this was a perfect and immediate solution for us. Thanks Becki and Moishe for the professionalism in handling our order. We are super happy with the service and the product!
