I wanted to buy winter essentials and have been doing some online shopping and research on some shoes and winter jackets. I'm from out of town but I needed some gear so I came in. Gary helped me out and he was friendly but he doesn't seem to know anything about the products they sell. He was making up false facts about a jacket I had looked up. About what type of fill it had and also what it was made of. At first I was skeptical but then I asked him for a certain North Face boot they already had. He claimed that it was made from Gore-Tex but it clearly wasn't. I didn't end up getting anything. Looked up the exact model of the jacket and boot he was talking about later on come to find out, all the information he was telling me was wrong and made up. Disappointed with how they can easily just make up information considering these products can be very expensive. The staff was friendly and everyone else seemed to know their products but I can never trust what an employee says from now on.

I have always had a great shopping experience at the Medicine Hat location. My latest visit was extra special, I was looking for an item that was no longer on the sales floor and Sam went out of her way to track it down and was extremely professional and courteous. I really appreciate her efforts and positive vibe. Thank you

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Atmosphere. Both times, Josh assisted me as did Samantha on the 2nd purchase. The attention to my specific needs for a quality walking Shoe and asking me all the questions one would hope to be asked was done by these two. They went the the extra mile to help get me the pair I needed, but they didn't have in stock. They helped me order the pair I wanted and they will be here by the weekend. These two made me happy to spend my money with them because of their great enthusiasm and awesome retail skills. Any business could learn a lesson from these two dedicated employees.
