TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Jennifer is extremely friend and efficient with all accounts I opened here. She's very clear with terms of each different account and is good with suggestions according to my need. She is always very helpful and patient with all my questions.

Sarah was incredibly patient with me, I can’t stress how kind she was, I had a difficult situation with closed accounts and statements and she worked through it every step of the way with me!

For some reason ATM is only open during branch hours (so completely closed evenings and Sundays). Not very customer-friendly.

I have never met a ruder group of people. They have caused me to change banks entirely…….BMO here we come!!!!! A fresh start with a helpful, pleasant staff.

My experience with this bank has been disappointing. When I opened an account in November 2022, I was offered a gift card incentive to apply for additional services. I met all the requirements for the gift card in December 2022, but it's now May 2023 and I still haven't received it. In addition, I applied for a credit card but never received it. When I called the branch multiple times, I was told to wait a few weeks, but no action was taken. It wasn't until I went to another branch that I found out my credit card application had expired and no one had followed up on it. I felt disrespected by the lack of response and follow-up from the bank when I tried to address these issues. Overall, my experience with this bank has been far from satisfactory.

I came into the branch today to deposit some cheques of various foreign currencies. Despite a few hurdles to jump through in the TD computer system, the staff here were friendly and were able to deposit the cheques in a timely manner. A special thanks goes out to Steve who assisted me directly. I will absolutely be returning to this branch moving forward!

I came into branch to apply for credit card. My case was handled by Purvee Tripathi, pls avoid her as you can. She is without knowledge and totally a marketing lady. No option to give 1/2 or less than 1/2 star, hence giving this.

There is no access to the ATM outside of branch hours which really defeats one of the main points of having an ATM. The policy is to prevent people from sleeping in the vestibule but customers not being allowed access to cash after 4pm on a Saturday night, or at all on a Sunday, is unacceptable. If the plan is to keep this policy in place they should install an outdoor facing ATM so customers can have access.
