If you like being talked down to, this is the place for you!!! The lady that answers the phone cost this place regular business. However she clearly doesn't care how she talks to people, even regular customers. It's too bad because I really enjoyed my interactions with Keith, he is a good knowledgeable mechanic.

Best place for Volvo in Kamloops.Brendon knows what's up and he fixed my 2002 and 2004 Volvo for the last 4 years.Charges fair money and recommends options for either quick fixes or long term.Very honest people!Book in advance cause they are always busy..

Very happy with my results after being recommended here by another shop. My car needed a clutch slave cylinder. Repair was done timely and really appreciated the extra care they took with my vehicle. Returned clean, friendly communication and car runs great ! I am recommending City Center Auto Service !

Had a random issue that occurred, took the vehicle to City Centre Auto-service and found the service great!They took the time to assess possibilities as vehicle diagnostic was not giving a cut and dry answer to the issues that occurred.The bill was more than fair, below what I expected for sure.Will definitely be coming back!

After using this business for years with great results I was very disappointed that they are not interested in maintaining my business or their integrity. My car broke down, they spent over $1400 and replaced perfectly good parts trying to fix the car. Then it broke down a week later in another town, costing a large tow bill to an unknown mechanic. He found the problem was a defective or damaged part that City Center had installed. He assured me they would reimburse me and accept responsibility because “these things happen to all of us”.No such luck. Keith at City Centre admitted it was their fault for causing me more expense and would work with me to find a resolution and a refund but the manager/owner refused. What was a $400 part and an easy installation wound up costing me over $2300 plus being stranded in another town at Christmas. Maybe had I been demanding they would have been fair. Just really let down. They used to be the best but I’ve heard from a few other people they don’t really care about their customers unless everything is quick and easy.

Kevin and the team were great in helping me out at short notice. My F150 had a transmission issue when we were in town for a few days; they were good enough to fit me into their schedule at very short notice to diagnose the problem. They sourced parts locally and fixed the issue. They were excellent in staying in touch with me throughout. I can recommend City Centre Auto enough. Excellent in every way.

Amazing. I was driving by and had to pull over becUse of a smell. I found a mouse nest by the battery of my truck. I was right beside City centre auto and asked if they could give it a quick look over and if they know where else mice might go. They were super busy but took 5 mins to look at my truck. Trenton was on coffee break so he helped me. He showed me my filter and it was good and then put it all back together. He made some mouse deterant suggestions and explained how to clean it all up. We ended with a handshake. Clearly a strong and loyal community minded company. Thank you for your 5 mins today.

Awesome customer service!! Had my AC repaired but the replacement part turned out to be a dud (not the shop’s fault). They replaced it right away and hassle free. Would highly recommend these guys!! Very friendly and professional.
