The reception was friendly and courteous. All work was done with no issues. Also all was done in a reasonable time and price!

I made an appointment to get my summer tires installed early at St.Bruno location.I had a appointment at11:30 and over the phone asked if it was possible to have an oil change. I was told “yes”.Brought car with tires already on rims at 11:20. When asking about oil change I was barked “no”.I walked for an hour and on returning to garage my car had not even entered garage. Clerk behind counter said it was my fault the men had to work through lunch!!!!1/2 hour appointment to put on tires already mounted and they are an hour late. Yikes, plus it’s “my fault “!

My wife and myself were taking a trip for our honeymoon and got a flat tire outside of Montreal on Highway 30est. We were forced to be towed and were stranded by the tow truck company at the Promenade St Bruno Mall. After getting a spare tire on my car we went to Canadian Tire and received the worst service I could have imagined and was told leave the car and it may or may not be done by 9pm. I pleaded with the woman that we had no phone service and no where to go. We found Pneus Chartrand Mecanique and received the friendliest most helpful service imaginable. Mike and his team were understanding, made us feel better about our situation and got us a full set of tires within the hour and even invited us to eat a pizza lunch with them. These guys are the best and everyone should look these guys up and forget about the large chain tire shops who could care less about customers. There is more to life than money and Mike and his team at Pneus Chartrand Mecanique are Rockstars and deserve your business. Thanks guys.

Gave me a false estimate for power steering pump replacement .

Mike and his team were absolutely amazing! We pulled into the shop after an unexpected flat tire, while on a road trip from NY. After visiting Canadian Tire (who were no help and clearly didn't want our business), they helped us find 4 new tires at another location, went to get the tires, had our car lifted before the tires were even on site, and even fed us some pizza while we waited! They were beyond friendly and professional and had us back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks so much for fixing a crummy situation with a great experience!

I went for an alignment. When the job was done, I was told that the alignment was corrected. I was not given the alignment report. I had to ask for a copy of the report. As I analysed the printout, I saw that 2 wheels were not fully aligned. The guy at the counter had failed to tell me about this. Apparently, the adjustment screws were rusted in place therefore, the wheels could not fully be corrected. It would of been nice if I was informed about this without having to ask. I was about to drive away thinking that my car was aligned and that I would not have to worry about wrecking 4 brand new tires.

By far the most professional, helpful and customer service oriented staff members. I am unclear about the negative reviews posted on here because I disagree 100%. They went above and beyond to help me with both of my vehicles. The director/manager in charge is clear and on point. Called me through every step of the process to explain what was needed on the vehicle (my approval). They even replaced parts without charging me (checked the bill)!!! Who would do that these days? They did....All in all I highly recommend and will be going back to servicing other of my cars too. I had worse experience going to the dealership (or stealership" is what they are called these days)"

Avoid at all costs. Was lied to, overcharged several times, work was never done on time, they didn't finish the last job at all. Manager was extremely rude. Spoke to several other clients with the same experience.They are known to overcharge and give bad service and I experienced this everytime I went. I give up.I would never go back, even if it was free. The worst mechanic I've ever dealt with.
