The staff here are so friendly and helpful! They also have lots of different items for dogs and cats!! I just wish they had some stuff for exotic pets like bearded dragons, but that doesn't change my experience, which is always great!!

Absolutely the best customer received in a pet store, bar none. So well stocked, clean, tidy, and such friendly staff. Everything you could ever want and need, all in one great store.

They always have what I need, and then some! They're one of the only pet stores to carry my dogs brand, Canadian Naturals, and the only ones to regularly carry his specific diet! Plus I always have to leave with a new treat, toy, or chew, last time I left with adorable monkey socks. 10/10 would buy them again. Between the price, selection, and product quality, buying from here makes me feel good about spoiling my dog.

Edit: Since my original post almost one year ago, I have since interacted with the staff. They are always friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. They're very kind to chat with about your pets. I prefer coming here over other pet stores.The store is clean and stocked fairly well. There were a few items that I needed that were sold out. The prices are fair. I can't speak to the knowledge of the employees as there was next to zero interaction from them. When I entered the store, I was greeted. Within minutes I literally had a cart full of items. I was the only person in the store and there were two employees working. Not once did they check in on me to see if I needed help. The interaction with the staff when ringing out was almost robotic. So all in all, good items but the staff are not personable and not helpful.
