My yag laser treatment was extremely painful. She came almost 2 hours late for the appointment. I moved to a different opthamolofist for the same treatment in my other eye and it was completely painless.Please be careful.

Completely unorganized... Just moved and was advised by family doctor to go here... Yet sat and waited for an hour and doctor just claimed she was new...Added to it they DO NOT carry any ability to remove your contacts... But felt it was reasonable to have wait for an hour.Worst experience

I was referred to Dr. Shannon Daniel by my optometrist for cataract surgery in both eyes. She is very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff are well organized and keep things moving in a timely manner. She recommended fairly new Lenses which have eliminated any need for glasses. I cannot thank her enough for restoring my eye sight to what it was 50 years ago. She is highly recommended.

Very disappointed with my cataract surgery. Was told I would not be needing eye glasses and already spent $1,000. On eye glasses. If I had known would have had surgery paid by ohip. Was given progressive glasses for distance which are now too strong. Was also told that there was not surgery that would correct eye vision near and far. That’s not true my friend had it and can see both close and far. My eyes still bother me. Would not recommend this surgeon to nobody.

I have experienced the services of Dr. Shannon’s office during my cataract surgery. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The appointments are taken in a timely manner observing COVID-19 protocols. As Dr. Shannon is very knowledgeable, experienced but she is quite humble in answering concerns. I strongly recommend her.

Great staff . Very well organized and every thing is explained. Dr Daniel is wonderful at what she does. Treatments suck thou.. nothing better then getting a needle in ur eyeball every month but thats the price you pay for sucking on sugar pops as a kid. Be smart say no to sugar.
