I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with a store and sales person! Emily wasn't pushy but was extremely helpful. Thank you for having someone who knows plus size and can actually help. Emily was knowledgeable and positive. Emily deserves all the recognition and praise for being so wonderful.

Pleasant attentive staff. Store was clean and well merchandised. I picked up a nice dress for good price. Change rooms were clean and clutter free. I would shop here again.

The Emily's were working...I waited for a while outside the change room with all my items and no one came (I am not a confident shopper), someone coming out of the change rooms told me to just go in...I guess I went into someone else's change room...and the staff was rude about it. I haven't been shopping in 2 years and I had only just gotten the first pair of pants on...I had a bunch of stuff to try on...I just put my stuff back on and left. I apologized but that didn't matter to her. I don't think I'll go back.

I was in the store today and there seemed to be 2 women on duty. I could get no help from either one of them. I left absolutely disgusted.

I was there this afternoon and got no service. I found my own fitting room. Went to the cash with my items and no one came. I left them on the counter and walked out after being ignored. If sales equals keeping your job I fear these gals are going to be unemployed soon.

Went into the store looking for something in particular. I was the only customer. Walked all over the store. Not once was asked if I needed any help. Staff too busy talking amongst themselves.

No help, don't care about customer. Have only been really helped here once out if several times. Focus attention to your customers needs. Honestly if someone had helped me a little with sizes, I would have spent more money here consistently instead of just buying online or going to a different location. Service sucks here. It deters me from shopping in these locations.

Actually had one of the best shopping experiences on December 9th at this store mostly because Rebecca is just incredible at what she is doing. She was attentive, pleasant and very accommodating with suggestions about pieces which may work and which might not be in that store, but which could be ordered. Thank you REBECCA!
