My experience was terrible. I had to return three different vehicles due to safety issues. One car did not have a horn. The second car brakes were horrible. The third car made a clicking sound when you made a left and right turn. Josh is a great person but the other two workers have bad attitudes. They don’t give you your full deposit back. I will never rent from this place ever!

I love the wonderful staff at the Lincoln Park location so much, I drive there to pick up my rentals from Woodhaven. They are always so friendly and outgoing, and have lots of cool cars! Xavier and Josh keep that location humming! The Taylor location is a train wreck js

Their quick in and out for pickup or dropoff, never have an issue just get there at your appointment because smaller so cars are scarce.

Had to return the vehicle in different location because they weren't open Saturdays. Returning the vehicle was very easy everything went smoothly & friendly people at that. That one rental they gave me the vehicle dirty had to clean it myself but that's a very rare occurrence

MY EXPERIENCE WITH LINCOLN PARK ENTERPRISE WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD TO WAIT 1.5 HOURS ON A CAR. THEY DIDN'T GIVE A COURTESY CALL TO SEE IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR. THEN XAVIER WOULDN'T LET ME ADD ON AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER SAYING I DIDN'T USE A CREDIT CARD WHEN IT STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN ADD A SPOUSE OR DOMESIC PARTNER ON USING A DEBIT CARD. XAVIER NEVER EVEN ASKED ME WHO WAS THE PERSON I WAS TRYING TO ADD. I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE RENT FROM LINCOLN PARK MI ENTERPRISE. SERVICE TERRIBLE.

Josh is the man.Went above and beyond especially considering my tight deadline. Made pick up and drop off fast and courteous.Every member of the staff I seen was all smiles and extremely polite.Couldn't ask for better service. And when you need a rental for work because of a deer wandering onto the freeway, you are stressed. Wasn't any stress when it came to dealing with the team they have up there.If you need to rent a car, I'd drive farther just to come here again just for the level of service you will receive.Thanks guys. Thanks Josh.
