Bought some dumbbells for my husband and turns out, I really enjoy working out with them. It is nice that I can use them without it being too much. Now I need to order another pair, as we are not good at sharing. Thanks for having such great prices. I am not sure why you don’t charge more as it is hard to get equipment right now. I am not suggesting you put the prices up. Lol. Thanks

I had a great experience with Areta. Everything went smoothly from point of purchase to delivery. The owner helped me over the phone with assembly as I was struggling to decipher between some similar parts. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I purchased the Wooden water rower from Areta Fitness recently and have been extremely happy with the product as well as customer service. I had issues with some info in the instruction manual and their customer service was super helpful getting me sorted out.

I heard a lot of comments about delays, but I want to add that I bought a couch from a large store and due to shipping delays it took 6 months to arrive. If you are patient you will get some quality equipment. My first order did have a long wait but I recently ordered some 52 bells and shipping was fast.

Hey I love my 90 bells and I love the website. My sister wants to know if you can add some Yoga type stuff. She got the bands but would like more selection. Loving my equipment. Keep up the great work

Just got my equipment today. Looks like you deliver 6 days a week. Talked to the delivery guy. What a great experience. Ordering was super easy. Fantastic!!!

⚠️SAVE YOUR MONEY⚠️I baught a weight set for my Wife and it turns out the products from this company is cheap and falls apart under less than normal use. The adjustable weight set is made of some cheap plastics and broke just turning the handle. The bench trim isn't even sewn on and is attached with push pins, that keep falling out. The Customer service is horrible, they don't answer the phone and nothing but back and forth from them of I forget to get back" or "I lost your email in a different folder" and "We'll have someone come and switch out the broken products" yet no one ever showed up. "Oh someone must have forgot to show" Numerous times. I've also asked for a time so I can personally show up and switch the broken handle. Now they just don't respond anymore..I really didn't want to leave this review but I figured I'd better warn others of my experience.."

After reading some reviews I was on the fence about purchasing from Areta. I decided to take the risk and opt for their black friday sale. I emailed about a delivery estimate and they replied same day and my order was delivered within 2. The service is barebones but the prices are the best so I guess thats the tradeoff. Quality is great so far. Personally I would reccomend!

Just received my fourth order. I am buying bells for all the kids. They will deliver to all their addresses in different cities. So from Chatham, St. Catharines and Welland. A couple more to send. Keep up the great work Areta.

Originally had a great experience with Areta. We bought a dumbbell set and rack and right away we communicated with them that the 45lb weights did not match the set and we wanted them replaced because they didn't sit on the rack correctly. Very quickly, they came out and delivered new 45's. However, they were the exact same as the one's we already had - they didn't match the set and didn't fit on the rack properly. I reached out again and just kept getting told they would be in touch when the order came in. Our weights don't even fit on the rack anymore because it's actually deformed the rack so now that should be replaced. I'm not longer even getting replies. I've emailed multiple times! Called numerous times, left voicemails! I even showed up at their location and no one who worked for Areta was there. We purchased our weights May 28th, 2022!! Almost a YEAR ago now and this issue STILL hasn't been resolved. I have been very patient and understanding up until now. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional that they're blatantly ignoring me at this point.Save your money!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.Edit: still haven't hear anything from the owner after they told me to email them in their response to this review. Absolutely freaking terrible customer service!! Just wait Areta, more bad reviews coming your way...
