They went above , to accommodate my sensitivity to the led light to cure your nails. Nails look amazingThis is the first time anyone has offered any type of solution.Extremely happy with my experience.

Bad experience. I have been to many spa places in different cities and this was the first bad experience I’ve ever encountered. The woman rushed so much, she actually was hurting me. I was never asked how short I wanted my nails. They were cut so short they hurt. She cut up the side of my nail! She burned the bottom of my foot twice! First with filing hard and quick, then a very hot rock! There was no friendliness at all just work as quick as she could and get done. On a positive note, the man was good for my daughter, she had no complaint. The nail polish was done well. The more expensive gel stuff chipped. Weird, I’ve never seen that happen before. The massage chairs are a favourite part for us. Unfortunately I will never return. Oh and the file being used did not look new or clean. I now have an ingrown toenail that I never had before and if file was not clean, I guess I need to keep an eye to see if I get a fungal infection. I am not a person to leave negative reviews, but I don’t wish for others to have a bad experience because of lack of transparency on my part.

I love getting my nails done here, they always do an amazing job. The girls take their time to do everything absolutely perfect, no matter what design I bring in or picture, they match it up perfectly!! I highly recommend this place, I will always be a repeat customer

My first time getting tips and couldn’t be happier! I’ve had them on for a little over three weeks and they are in perfect condition (other than the grow out). Cheaper than other popular mail places in Cambridge and always have good availability!

I do not recommend for a pedicure. The technician tried to chip my shellac off with clippers, ripping off the top layer of my nail with it until I asked for it to be done properly. He seemed very rushed despite having no one else waiting. He also cut my skin when trying to cut the cuticle, causing it to bleed.

I am definitely not a nail kind of lady but went to this establishment based on one of their regular customers with whom I work with. It was a nice lovely treat for my daughter & I as we were in a wedding together; her the flower girl & I a bridesmaid. It was definitely beautifully decorated inside & well kept but for nail polish stock supply. Perhaps a coincidence that the first & second picks for our pedicures were not in store based on their colour swatch selection but we were at least able to get our 3rd choices. Still came away with beautiful nails!
