I visited this branch to open an account for my kid. Timothy attended to our appointment and i absolutely loved the way he explained banking to my kid. He started from the very basics giving tips and suggestions to my kid how to use banking, how to safeguard his account, what he was being asked to sign and all the basics. 5 star to Timothy for the wonderful experience!

Manager (Ayo) doesn’t get back to clients. I went into the branch trying to resolve an issue and had reassurance from Ayo that he would help and resolve the situation that was caused by an error made by RBC. He hasn’t reached out and was very unprofessional.

This is our regular bank for all our home and banking needs, but our recent experience opening a bank account for my son really confirms why. The young man Tim that helped open my son's account talked to him, listened and explained things to him without talking to him in that way some adults can. He even had him read some details before he signed, reminding him he should always read a document before signing. Tim is an asset to this location. Everything about our experience with him was great.

Went into this branch to deal with a sensitive issue on my account. Was spoken to by a manager" in the middle of the branch with no privacy and no compassion at all. My account has been locked for 2 weeks due to something beyond my control
