We booked a consultation meeting with Derek based on a recommendation from a friend. We decided to book Derek as our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding as we loved the quality of his photos in his portfolio, his experience as a full-time photographer, and because his personality made us feel at ease. Derek was also was extremely prompt in answering our questions and was so organized. He asks all the right questions in preparation for the day. He was so prepared and organized (for our full day of photos at 5 different locations across the city) it made the whole day fun and stress free. We are so happy with the photos he took and really liked how he provided us with edited colour and black and white photos that were organized. We also loved the high quality wedding album he had made. He caught all the important candid moments of the day. We couldn’t be happier with the photography services he provided. Andre has been taking photos of my family for just over two years now. Everything from first birthday parties, baptisms and even our annual Christmas photos. We were originally with a different photographer company where we had a terrible experience for our engagement photoshoot. They were being very unprofessional and the quality was worse than my amateur friends taking pictures. My friends and family hated those photos. A good friend of mine recommended me to The Mariner Agency and luckily Derek happened to be available last minute 10 days before our wedding day. Hands down he was amazing. He made us feel very comfortable and natural. He was very professional and his quality was spot on. My friends and family loved the outcome results and his editing skills. Andre has been amazing from the start. He made the whole wedding photo experience fun and comfortable. Through these difficult times, he was so accommodating and flexible to make sure that our special was captured.
