I love my floor even though the company has come out several times to try and fix the bubble problems in the new vinyl flooring. Jeff works hard to please his customers and I would like to thank him very much for his continued efforts.

When we started the process of flooring replacement, we had no idea where to begin. Ashton was extremely helpful & provided recommendations based on style, budget & practical application. We ultimately had to put the project on hold as we had a sudden financial need arise that put our reno plans on the backburner, so we haven't gone through with a purchase yet! But we are thoroughly impressed with the customer service, & wanted to provide a review to reflect our experience.

Mandi & ET Flooring were just aHmazing last year when they took on the whole project of Tiling and Flooring our new build. Their work was beyond impressive.Mandi paid attention to every detail and went out of her way with lots of patience to help me design everything. She was such a great resource as she gave me advice when I needed it and never pushed her ideas. We are so so happy with all our choices and are still enjoying the master craft they had made.

Very happy with our whole experience with ET Flooring. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. Mandi took care of everything for us and made sure we got everything we needed. All of the staff were very easily accessible for questions, took the time to get to know us, and guided us through the process. Quality of the product was great as well. Will use again and would recommend.

I was The unfortunate victim of a furniture company having ruined my flooring while delivering the merchandise!!However that disappointment turned into extreme jubilation when dealing with ET flooring and designJeff Njaa was a pleasure to deal with as well as the ownership management and staff.
