11/10 everyone was fantastic.Extremely helpful and accommodating.I was in an emergency situation 100klm from home,not only did Kam come up with an ingenious repair, it was done quickly and professionally. The customer service here was incredible. I was on my way to my cottage when my tires came loose, I called meineke car care center and they were so helpful over the phone, waited for us after close to check out our car to make sure we were safe. Once we got there they fixed our poor tire swap so quickly and did not allow us to drive away until they fixed the problem. I cannot thank them enough!

The team at Meineke is amazing! I brought my wife’s vehicle in for a rear end noise and assumed the worst. But Kam and the boys in the back found the issue fast and turned out it was just trailing arm bushings! Had the vehicle back same day! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My friend and I became extremely concerned when driving to our cottage getaway for the weekend in Gravenhurst all the way from Hamilton. We called them 5 minutes before closing and explained the situation, and they waited for us to check and make sure we were safe. Thank goodness they did because a quick drive in our car told them our tires WERE GOING TO FALL OFF from a poor job of switching out our winter tires. All tires were loose. If they hadn't waited for us, I don't know if I would have called somewhere else and just kept driving until disaster struck. I cannot thank them enough!!! Thank you thank you!!
