I asked for a pair of earrings and at the till when I asked the price I realized it wasn't an on sale item so I politely declined and asked to only purchase the necklace I previously picked out. The lady said are you serious?" in the most rude tone and proceeded to try to convince me to buy them. When I refused she made the other girl check me out as though I wasn't worth her time for rejecting the 200$ earrings. Crazy rude."

I went in for shopping last week. As I entered the store, the manager greeted me very nicely and asked if I needed help. I wanted to buy something for me and I was looking at the earrings, the manager helped me choose and decide between the earrings and then she even convinced me to buy a necklace. Her overall interaction was great and she was just smiling and helping me with all questions that I had. Would highly recommend everyone to go shop at this store. My experience shopping at this store was great (:Thank you for being so nice and making me feel so welcomed.

The young lady who assisted me was very helpful. The rating that I provided reflects a store that has various discounts on the same product, in this case a ring. A size 6 for example was 50% off, a size 7 was only 30% off. This resulted in my having to spend $50 more for the same ring! When I called Swarovski corporate, I was advised there that this is at the discretion of the manager of the store.I spoke to the manager of the store, I really don't know if it was the way I looked but she was very abrupt and unapologetic stating the price is as I had been advised. She advised that Swarovski corporate didn't know what they were talking about, my advising me that the manager of the store had discretion to revise the price discount.Given this is an outlet store, we found it strange that they have alternating discounts on their merchandise.A very disappointing experience with a company as large and as seemingly credible as this. I'll shop here again, and I would advise others to be cautious of their 'sale' prices.

Went here last Sunday and we didn't have a good experience here. My wife and I looked for a gift but it seems like no one wanted to help us. The employees were talking and didn't really care about the customers. Maybe it was too busy? Maybe the employee were busy? Or maybe we were with our baby so they thought we were busy? Anyways, althought the price was good, we were gonna buy something but we decided not to.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Wow talk about horrible customer service. I went and spent almost $1000 at the store couple of days before Christmas. One of the necklaces I bought was missing and they gave me an empty box instead. I asked them to ship it and they refused. Since then I have been to the store twice to get the item I paid for and every time they say manager is not here. Wow talk about bad customer service. I wonder how many times more I have to go to the mall to get an item I paid for. Stay away from store....

Came here recently on a very busy weekend, but had an awesome shopping experience.When I first got there, I waited in line for about 15 minutes before being allowed to head in due to covid occupancy restrictions. I was a little frustrated when I walked in due to being impatient, but it was no fault of Swarovski.Once I was in allowed in, I was greeted by one of the ladies working there. She was not pushy and respected my space. When I eventually found what I thought I was looking for, I asked for assistance. This is where my experience with Swarovski was like no other!The item I thought I wanted wasn't the best choice for the recipient was I planning to give it to. It turns out after having a good conversation with the sales lady, she determined that another item was a better match based on the personality description of my recipient. This new item was also a little bit cheaper, but the sales lady promised it would be better. She was not wrong!Suffice to say, I will be coming back to this store in the future and will be recommending it to all my friends and family who need some fancy crystals in their lives!

I'm really impressed with their customer service. Sometimes the prices are confusing. But she explained and showed it to me. The pieces are super pretty. Too bad though they don't have better watch selection. No chronograph or solar powered..not fan of battery operated.

0 star for the company, 5 stars for the poor girl. We came in the store at around 12:30 on Saturday, from the picture shows how busy was it at that moment, at least 30 more customers. But can you imagine on the weekend only one staff was working. She is very nice and patient. She apologized for us and said will help us soon. But we didn’t want to wait, so we just left.

Worse worse worse customer service..we spent $565 in there store. And we had some problem with the product but there service was so rude they were treating us like we are there to waste there time. How ridiculous is this for such a big brand and having such small minded employees.I never get it if a person get an outlet product that person is not that important thn a person who spend more thn 1000 in there store?I think if a person come to the store and just check your products you should gave the same importance you are giving to those who are buying your products..They actually don't know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. They make me feel so bad.I hate this location.

The manager is so rude and condescending. Her name is Manveen? Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
