The team at Collin’s Auto are always top notch. They are fair and provide us with good advice on maintaining our car. I feel like a valued customer whenever I book an appointment and drop off my car. They listen to my concerns and try to get to the bottom of the problem.

I've been going to Collins for probably half a year now for all my vehicle needs. Did a bit of looking around and wanted somewhere close to home as not every mechanic is wanting to work on Volvo's and I have never had a bad experience with them. They always go above and beyond what I'd expect, Whether its keeping costs as close to an estimate as possible or just getting things done right and fast. Always very nice and honest. Would highly recommend!

Have gone here for years and recommend them to everyone. They take the time to explain their work, have figured out challenging issues my car had that others couldn’t, and they’re trustworthy. My biggest thing with an auto shop is trustworthiness and these guys do business with integrity.

This company was the most honest auto shop I have ever dealt with. I booked my VW atlas to have rear brakes and rotors done. I received a call from them in the morning saying in their opinion they didn’t need to be done that I could still get almost a year out of them. They didn’t charge me for their time and saved me money by not doing a service I didn’t require. When it is time I will be returning without hesitation.

I am the unfortunate owner of a Mini Cooper that is a total lemon. The upside is that Jonathan and the mechanics at Collins Automotive have been amazingly helpful and kind through all of my repairs. They are honest and up front about necessary repairs and will even show you pictures so you can see what it is they are seeing. Whenever I've needed a courtesy car, Jonathan does his best to ensure I'm able to get one. He also takes the time to go over the controls in each car to help me feel more confident prior to driving away. (I've had two BMW's and two Mercedes as courtesy cars. I loved driving all of them except for the Mercedes wagon. It drives fine, but is a bit ugly and is a gas hog.) Though it's painful having to take one's car to get repairs and owning a BMW product is not cheap, these guys make the experience much better and I would recommend them to anyone!

Trustworthy, genuine, friendly, do what they say they will do, all work done well and explained, reasonable prices, extremely knowledgeable, all makes , maintain and repair my BMWx5, my wife's Hyundai ,my neighbors Subaru. All good. highly recommend this auto repair business.

I have been taking my car to Collins Automotive for 12 years, and they have always given me excellent service. I especially appreciate that they always give me a ride to work or a loaner car while my vehicle is being serviced. I would recommend to anyone in the Abbotsford area.

Brought my S55 AMG to the shop because my check engine gave me a code saying it needed to be replaced. They were charging me 3x the price of one which they found online, secondly the mechanic" didn't even know where the air injection pump was located and kept telling me it was underneath the supercharger. I had to tell him myself where the air injection pump was. They proceeded to tell me my supercharger clutch was making a noise and it could cost me $11

My engine light came on recently and, I brought my car into Collins Automotive, they diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed new spark plugs. I have a ton of mileage on my vehicle. These guys have great customer service and they do honest and reliable work. I've been bringing my vehicle here for the last few years and I'm always happy with their reliability, and outstanding work.

Collins provides exemplary service, and stands by their work! It's been a pleasure to be a customer for the past few years.
