Great place to live. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. Staff are helpful. Convenient location right in front of a street car route.

Great amenities no pool. Ok with me. Large size condo for two bedrooms and large balconies. When completed it will be a great building in a neighborhood with everything around me.

Interior not good quality. Have the condo 2 weeks floor lifting in living room. Inside door knob falling off . Kitchen sink no stopper bathroom no stopper. 650 sq foot condo can't even do a good job. I fixed some of the problems.
