I worked at Total Crane 2 years, I never ever felt treated like a person ever, the are always screaming at the workers , making racist comments all the time , they swear at you in Italian their own language, the manager whos name is Many never paid me union rate , also he love to use manipulation to get u to comply every time to wherever he needs you to do and must of the time is unsafe work practice, i had a couple of close calls, near death experience because of this unsafe practices and the child like behavior,I saw coworkers getting hurt big time talking bout broken foot heavy piece fall on top of his foot just because the high level of stress the manager puts on people screaming and always ruching everyone, is almost like he needs to feel impress from u , they have special treatment for their own people, in other words if u aren't Italian stay away , I can say much more but I don't think is need it .
