Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love coming to Leaside enterprise - the staff are always great and more specifically Anwar is always greeting me with a smile and makes the whole experience incredible each time. I highly recommend this location!

Customer service was on point. Very quick and efficient. This is why I gave them 5 stars not bc they upgraded me to a Mercedes.

I was very impressed with the service of Enterprise in Leaside. A staff member drove me to their Laird location to complete the necessary paperwork for my rental. I noticed the courtesy and professionalism right away which I felt at ease with. My rental car was very nice and I was given instructions on what I needed to know about the car. It was just as easy to return it to Assured to pick up my car upon completion. The experience was delightful and took a lot of stress out of the getting my car appropriate attention in repair. Thank you so much! It means a lot.

I was there at this location a few days ago as I needed a car real quick since my car was getting fixed at a body shop close by. I didn't realize that cars were getting booked like crazy lately and its almost impossible to get a car this time without a booking. Devon the branch manager at the location explained me the situation and while I was waiting we shared some common values about customer service and also told me a little about Enterprise's commitment to customer service. I must add that Devon and his team did live up to every word and detail of the vision of Enterprise and I was a happy customer in the end. I would definitely be returning to this location for all my future car rental needs. Thanks again to Devon and his team and thanks to Enterprise. He's a true asset to the company.

They are professional and courteous but there are a few problems. Firstly, they took forever to remove the deposit hold on my credit card. I don't even know if they had plans of doing so if I didn't call them. Secondly, I had to rent a car due to body work being done on my car by the bodyshop next door, and the repairs (and rental in this case) were to be covered by my insurance and the bodyshop. Anyways, a month later they call me demanding that my insurance and the bodyshop have yet to pay additional fees. I don't know what's happening here...I'm just the end user. Anyways...meh. Excellent service from the branch always. For some reason, some head office employee thought it was a great idea to pull me out of my rental due to the deal being “too good” LOL even though I gave them no issues whatsoever but you live and learnEdit: apparently the head office employee got fired lmao

Though my house is not close by, I decide to come here often for the excellent customer services. CJ has taken care of me really well and always handed the car in top notch conditions. I sometimes got complimentary upgrades as well. They have a good selection of cars so call ahead too see what's good for you.

I really appreciate the service provided by enterprise 121 laird drive, East York.Last time i got the free upgrade I didn’t even know all the features of car but one of their representative was so helpful. she showed me all the features and made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions. I always prefer enterprise as my first choice when i rent a car.
