GREAT PLACE! I haven’t been to a town with worst customer service than tofino. Every place workers were rude, short and generally not interested in providing customer service. HOWEVER, the Gentlemen working was the nicest person I met in tofino. Beautiful work inside. Was very enjoyable.

Awful, awful, awful experience with the owner of this studio. My partner and I found a lost cat across the street and were looking for the owner. We approached the studio but couldn’t see the entrance so decided to walk away.The man must have heard us as he came out and ordered us to drop the cat or he’d call the police. He verbally abused us, threatened us and followed us down the street all whilst shouting at us to drop the poor distressed cat down in the middle of the road outside his house.We explained we were heading to an animal rescue facility and when this was met with more verbal abuse, we explained we would release him into the nearby park away from the main road. He was incredibly aggressive and made my partner terrified and burst into tears, whilst the man continued to shout, follow and threaten us.Long story short, do not give this awful man your time or your money. We were concerned for an animals welfare and the way this man reacted shows what sort of a person he is.

Tacky art. Rude proprietor. Cluttered store. Was rather creepy towards my wife. Way out of the way and the advertising was misleading. The glass assert seemed mostly to be flattened bottles. Very disappointing.

I had a really good experience here - the proprietor was busy with his work and not at all pushy, but was a humble, matter-of-fact kinda guy, which I really liked. He's a local who takes alot of pride in his work. He clearly loves what he does, and doesn't care much whether you do or not. He told me how he makes his glass pieces, offered to change the metal on them if there were any allergy concerns, and gave me a great recommendation for a place to grab a bite on my way out. I've never gotten more compliments on my little piece of Tofino.

lovely gentleman that owns it was super welcoming and very forthcoming about his art, Tofino and his life there. Loved the earrings I got and my experience! cheers
