Can I give ten stars? I would if I could!Came up to Kelowna from Spokane last night and when we headed out for our first ride today, we discovered some major shifting problems on one bike. We called the shop closest to our hotel and talked to Matt, he told us to pop in anytime and they’d take a look.They were the friendliest bike shop!! We chatted with Brett while Matt was fixing up the bike. He was happy to let us pick his brain, being novice bikers we had a ton of questions. He answered them all, sharing advice freely and had plenty of reccs for trails in the area, and restaurants too.Matt came back out after 15 minutes with a perfectly shifting bike, they fixed a bent derailer and a kinked cable for a VERY fair price.It was a top-notch experience and Fresh Air will be our go-to when we are in Kelowna.

My first Google review and they certainly earned it.All the employees were polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a person instead of 'just another customer'.Stephanie really went above and beyond, reaching out to a snowboard company to get parts that would have cost me five times thier worth in shipping fees.I was able to hit the slopes on my new setup the very next day.

Been coming to this ski shop for a decade and they are the best. Lots of selection, and VERY knowledgeable and helpful staff. Brett and Liam both helped me today and they were top notch for customer service and help. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I came into the shop with a pair of brand new skis and bindings that were mounted at another shop. The reason I came to Fresh Air was that the original ski shop that mounted the bindings really did a number on the mount. I didn't trust that they corrected the situation, so I brought them to Fresh Air. Boy, was I impressed with the level of professionalism, service, and overall positive attitude of everyone at Fresh Air!!!! AJ was awesome, he called me and informed me of the improper mount of the binding and gave me an estimation on the cost to fix. Keep in mind that these are brand new skis and bindings!What happened next is what really impressed me with the service at Fresh Air. I got a call from Johnny and he basically fixed everything for me. He reached out to the shop that incorrectly mounted the bindings and arranged for them to buy me a new pair of skis to fix the situation.Overall, the dedication and service quality is unmatched at Fresh Air. Bar none. Customer for life.

Awesome short notice help with my ski boots which were way to big. After some magic I got perfect fitting boots back. Tnx a million for saving my heliski trip! Definitely the go-to-place!

Shopping for an E-bike here exceeded my expectations. Superb selection, store is very well organized. But most important is the help I received from Liam. Superb customer service!I will refer my friends to this awesome store.

i had boughten a full ski setup and there was an issue with my skis the owner drive to my house that night and fixed the issue amazing service and will definitely be going to fresh air for all my ski needs from now on.

The service at Fresh Air is beyond incredible and the staff could not be nicer or better informed. I was flying into town and was arranging to buy some gear through the website the day before my arrival and to pick up the gear on my arrival on a crazy tight schedule. They not only stayed in constant contact but they managed around a situation beyond their control that caused the store to have to close abruptly. I’d give them 10 stars if that were an option.
