A fantastic organization! Great customer service from the beginning to the end. When dealing with Pamela she went above and beyond to ensure we were getting everything we need for our business, from our printer to ensuring our network was protected. Matt from the IT team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with each interaction. From the first interaction with Pam to the set up with IT team, KIS have been amazing and we love our new printers in our orthodontic office. The service is wonderful and friendly, highly recommend and ask for Pam to help you with all of your needs!

We recently updated our Photocopier with Kempenfelt Imaging. The customer service we received with Pam was excellent, she answered all of my questions. We are quite pleased with the performance of the machine so far.

Do not lease a printer from them. They use Maridian One for leasing and they are absolutely awful. During covid they refused any payment deferrals and demanded full payment or remainder of lease ($1000’s of dollars). Not interested in helping any small business through Covid.
